SpringHill Suites by Marriott Ashburn Dulles North

Modern, clean, spacious rooms. We did their park n fly program and got a good night's sleep, a hearty breakfast, and a shuttle to the airport for half of what it would have cost just to park near the airport.

A great location that is very quiet yet close to Dulles. Wonderful rooms and a very nice breakfast. I would be remiss to not acknowledge the caring and friendly staff that makes it all work.

We used this hotel for park and fly. We enjoyed the included breakfast, coffee, and the hotel was close to nice restaurants.

My stay was wonderful. I needed a new fridge because the seal was broken. It was 9:30 at night when I got in. They had a new one in twenty minutes. I needed a late checkout and there was no problem accommodating my late checkout. Will stay here again.

My family (4 young kids) and I stayed here for 3 nights. The location was across from a Chick fil-A and was low traffic and felt very safe. The rooms were clean and well kept. Our room had a pullout couch which was great for the kids. I liked that the rooms were clean and very spacious.

The lobby and staff that took care of the front desk were kind and prompt with anything we asked for. The lobby was also very clean and well tended.

We went to the pool during our stay and though it is fairly small, the kids still loved it.

The best part though was the breakfast in the morning. Each morning we were greeted with a smile by Rohina. She made sure my family and I had everything we needed for breakfast. Breakfast changed each day and each day we really enjoyed what they offered. Quiche, egg sandwich, bagels, fruit, etc.

I would definitely stay here again if I visited DC. We drove 30 minutes from DC to this hotel because we came during the Cherry Festival, but I'd do the drive again because I liked the area and the upkeep of this hotel so much!

Traveled over 8 hours for a Harry Potter themed experience in Leesburg and chose to stay here. At arrival, staff was friendly and very a helpful! Rooms were clean, fresh sheets, towels, rolls of toilet paper, etc. definitely pleased with our stay and would come stay again!

Have stayed at this location on and off over a three month period. Great location with lots of good food choices around. The front desk staff is amazing and great to chat with late at night. The breakfast service has gotten better during my stay as well. Will be back again.

Over the few years I or my extended family have stayed at this property and its always been a great stay. It was a quiet location until One Loudoun was built out as it is now…and no surprise the property is even more busier.

First my thanks to GM Jacob Alibrandi who fit me in with a nice upgrade. He runs a really nice property (1 minor hiccup with Housekeeping explained later).

Breakfast is the highlight of the property especially because of Rohina Salman who manages to greet all of her guests, keep the buffet fresh and full and allows everyone I saw to leave very happy. Given news of various Marriott cutbacks, this property delivers a really good buffet and I heard the same from several guests.

The rooms are spacious and well laid out with a desk. The smart TV is nice and a differentiator for Marriott.

Small but efficient gym. Looks like someone walked away with some weights (10 pounds) and you have to remind staff to ensure clean wipes are available especially in this pandemic environment.

Lots of parking outside and easy access to One Loudoun and just about anywhere with Route 7 and Route 28.

One suggestion on Housekeeping. Its every other day but you have to notify the front desk. I did and was missed even though I also personally spoke to the 2 ladies in the morning.

Mohammed the night shift person was king to provide me clean towels and a refreshment. The next day it was cleaned.

A really nice stay. I provided gratuities to Housekeeping and Ms. Salman just to show my appreciation. I hope other guests do the same.

Loved the interior design of the room. Bed was comfortable and it’s was really quiet in general. Parking is free and the wi-fi wasn’t bad. Had free breakfast in the morning and a small shop for snacks and necessities by the front desk. Across the street is a Taco Bell and Chick-fil-A. CVS and a bunch of stores are less than a five minute drive away. Definitely recommend

We had a room block at the Springhill Suites for our wedding. Courtney was amazing and helped us set up the room block for a great rate. The staff was also amazing to help accommodate any last minute and guest requests. We had welcome bags for wedding guests and the hotel staff didn’t charge us anything to give them to our guests; other hotels typically charge a fee. There was plenty of parking at the hotel. The free breakfast was delicious. The rooms were very spacious and clean. We heard from a lot of our wedding guests how much they liked their rooms! Our guests also used the hotel shuttle to get to and from Dulles airport! The location is great - it’s right across from a shopping center with a ton of restaurants and bars. It was a really great experience, and I certainly recommend staying here.

Very nice, and clean hotel. The staff was professional, and courteous. Love the space in the rooms, and the fact that the toilet is in a separate room from the walk in shower. Even the doors on the bathrooms, and closet worked to give the room character. Will definitely be back!

So far so good, to my select service platinum members, you need to remind them of your check out time. This property has plenty of rooms, super clean, excellent modernization and very comfortable beds. Gym area is small but facilitated with newer equipment. The king suite is spacious and has a great desk to work on, seating for 3 in the living room and large bathroom with extra shower heads, very relaxing.

Very Nice clean rooms With a very comfortable couch and desk. Great that the bathroom was in a separate room from the shower and vanity. Regular rooms feel like suites. Great breakfast. Love the eggs. Easy to have a healthy breakfast. Very friendly and attentive staff as we called down for something and when we went down they had it waiting for us on the counter already. We were really impressed with this hotel.

The rooms are nice and large, modern, and clean. There is a sitting area, a bathroom with a toilet and sink then another bathroom with the shower and a bigger sink which was very convenient for my fiance and I to get ready in. We didn't try the continental breakfast but that looked good too. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend going to the Clyde's Willow Creek farm for brunch if you've got time.

Stayed here recently after a friend's wedding. The hotel was clean and well decorated and the rooms were spacious, clean, and well accommodated. Free parking and breakfast is always a bonus and the hotel even let us check in early and check out late for no additional charge. Even the location was very convenient to local attractions and a shuttle was available to ride to the local hotspots.

This hotel is conveniently located about ten minutes north of Dulles airport. The facility was recently updated and has a nice lobby with seating for around 30-40 people. There is no restaurant or bar, but they have a good selection of snacks and drinks in the lobby. The rooms were very large and nice, with a couch, divider, and king size bed. There was a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The toilet is separate from the shower and there is a sink in each room which was very convenient. Nearby the hotel (15 minute walk or short drive) there is a large shopping center with a movie theater, bars, and shops. There is also a top golf about the same distance away, so there is easily accessible entertainment if you are without a car. I highly recommend this hotel to others.
