Macungie Community Pharmacy

After 2 pharmacies not being able to fill my Rx, I googled pharmacy near me and Macungie Community pharmacy came up. I called and Becky was very friendly and helpful! She said they could fill my Rx within minutes, and she was right! I arrived there and everyone working was so welcoming and friendly! They had my medicine ready for me within 5-10 minutes and I was on my way. Best pharmacy experience I’ve ever had! Will be using them as my regular pharmacy from now on!

Amazing customer service. In a world of corporate pharmacies, this small town operation shines. SO friendly, personable, and caring for your needs. Becky was so friendly on the phone and reassured me I was in good hands. I can’t say enough about the great first impression I got from her!

When my husband and I were both ill and couldn't drive to get our meds, Bill had them delivered twice and said not to worry about paying until later. I said, "But Bill, you have to make a living!" and he laughed.

I made a special trip to meet Bill and his staff (and pay). This indeed is a good old fashioned pharmacy! Bill even sometimes suggests less expensive alternatives! The big chain pharmacies don't even come close. Let's support our local businesses!

Great find! Super caring pharmacist and staff. When my regular pharmacy ran out of my medication, I called Macungie Community Pharmacy. They contacted my insurance had it ready for me in a few hours - easiest refill ever! Definitely moving my family’s medicine refills to them.

These good folks specialize in old fashioned customer service. They really went out of their way to get a great price for me on a very expensive prescription when my insurance wouldn’t pay. Amazing! They beat the chains like CVS hands down.

Incredibly nice staff and low wait times! It’s a shame that people choose bigger pharmacies when local pharmacies show so much more care to their customers. I couldn’t recommend this pharmacy enough. Please support this local business!

Outstanding! Bill, the pharmacist, is professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Along with Rebecca the assistant and the delivery staff, they make this the best most convenient pharmacy that anyone could ask for! They deliver right to your door, which makes getting my prescriptions a breeze! I honestly can't say enough good things about this pharmacy and the staff that work there! They deliver all over the Lehigh Valley and are always courteous and and accommodating. They go out of their way to serve and deliver! I will never go to another pharmacy!

Best pharmacy experience I've had. I am no more dealing with Riteaids, Walgreens, CVS, or any of the other big guys. Always very helpful and treated with much respect with urgency. I drive out of my way to to specify go there and pass no less then 4 other pharmacies on the way.

Today was my first time at this pharmacy and I must say that Bill and Heather were so personable and helped me with answering any questions I asked. I have not met Becky but I understand she is also a delightful and knowledgeable young lady.
