Heather's expertise and honesty are truly appreciated, and her approach has made a significant difference. Thanks to her guidance, I've seen notable improvements in my skin concerns. I was really anxious before my appt and Heather was great and knew exactly what to do/say! She really made me feel very comfortable. The staff was super great and accommodating - if I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!

Dr. Lamoureux is the best. I have had such dramatic improvement in my skin over the last year and I couldn’t be more pleased. She explained that it’s a process and sometimes things work for a while, but then will have to be adjusted as circumstances change. She listens and helps you through that process. I highly recommend this practice.

Greeted by the front desk as soon as I walked in, and only a 5 minute wait before going into the exam room. Dr. Lamoureaux came in shortly thereafter. She’s very professional and explained in detail and spoke clearly regarding my visit. She recommended a follow up visit and annual check ups. Glad I found this office in town and appreciate the good experience and friendly staff.

I was very impressed by Dr. Lamoureux. She was very thorough and provided complete explanations of everything. I am very satisfied and pleased with the services I received.

Myself and my sons ages 7 and 9 have been seeing Dr. Lamoureux for a few years now. The office is beautiful, the staff are lovely and Dr. Lamoureux is very knowledgeable. The best part is she is always on time- we have never waited and that is a rare find! I have heard from friends that Audra and Heather are wonderful too. Highly recommend this practice!!

I was desperate to see a dermatologist today .. Friday .for an issue that needed one..had been miserable for days. Didn't want to wait til next Wed.. Wasn't looking like I could.. then this practice popped up in my search. Had 1 appt at 4p. Excellent care... I couldn't ask for better And . I was late!! Due to traffic and distance and they were very gracious.... Highly recommend

My experience was very pleasant. No waiting time. Receptionist pleasant. Dr. Lamoureux is a personable, pleasant and through Dr. Would highly recommend. My over all experience was great.

Dr. Lamoureux is the best. Very thorough, takes her time to explain prescribing rationale. Worked WITH US to create the best treatment plan for our daughter.

I have had very positive, professional experiences here from skin checks, acne concerns, and a cyst removal. I've never had to wait very long in the waiting room nor in an exam room to see Dr. Lamoureaux or anyone else - which is always appreciated!

I'd like to add: Audra LeFleur, FNP is a standout!!! I saw her for an emergency appointment when I had a bad skin flare right before an important event. She met me with kindness and swift action to help mitigate the reaction. Audra exemplifies what it means to be a healthcare provider and I am so thankful to have crossed paths with her!

Dr. Lamoureux is an excellent Dr. She listens to you and makes you feel very comfortable. She takes the time with you.
Staff is very nice too. Love the remodeling of the office! You can tell the staff loves the new renovations as well. Thank you for listening to my prior concerns. That is great customer service.
