I needed to have my two piece Calvin Klein Slim Fit Suit steamed and pressed last minute and in less than a day. Family emergency, father passed away… Before I knew it- the funeral’s approaching on 11/9 and it’s out of state, by now I’m mentally exhausted with helping to get everything done and in place. I called and spoke with Debbie, I believe to inquire about the services they provide, and briefly explained my situation she asked me when I would be there, I told her 20 minutes. When I got there, she immediately knew it was me. She asked for my phone number and said she would see me at 3, I questioned “Today?” She said “yes :)” That was unexpected, I felt honored, I felt cared for. It was a positive experience, it set the tone for the rest of my day. Her dedication and service and hard work are above and beyond. Upon pick-up, I was greeted by Kimberly who was very pleasant and at that time, I expressed my gratitude and asked her to write her name down. I was/am so impressed! My suit was so neatly done, clean, crisp and fresh. I will be returning regularly to have my button down shirts and pants laundered and ironed for work. I’ll be recommending Cinderella Cleaners and Laundry to all of my friend, family and anyone that asks about having garments dry cleaned or laundry done. This cinderella dry clean was the best this is 100/100! They are so nice and if ever they saw something discolor they will call you to inform you best customer service!!! And the clothes are perfect and clean!! I am happy i found them..

I have been super happy with this locals dry cleaners. It's really close to my home which is very convenient. They do everything in house which is great for timing and not being sent out. They also have a drive thru if you don't want to get out of your car. So far all staff have been friendly and attentive. Every clothing items I've brought in have came back great! I recommend!

I know it was last minute but I called them to find out if I could get my pants pressed. The lady was very nice and gave me some time to get to the business. She waited and took care of it in a matter of 5 minutes. They saved my weekend as I have to attend a last minute function. Thank you! Lifesavers!

There are few cleaners that are worth driving out of your way, Cinderella is one of them. Their work is meticulous. My clothes come back precisely as I wanted them. This cleaner does old fashioned quality dry cleaning and laundry without the old fashioned petroleum smell. Prices are competitive and worth every penny.

I have dropped off our dry cleaning a couple times now and have been very impressed with how friendly everyone was, the cost is reasonable, and they work very efficiently. I definitely recommend.

Good people, great job with a friendly greeting. Never even get out of your car. They remove the clothing you want dry cleaned and hang the fresh items.

Great service, always finds things and call to check , they find little holes and call to see if I want them repaired. I have never been lucky enough to find such a great dry cleaner in NYC.
