Sumner Furniture is amazing! If I could give 10 stars I would!
Everyone was so very nice and helpful and accommodating. Everything was done in a very timely manner (honestly, they work so fast it's like they had powers) They even got rid of some old furniture for us with no complaints.

They made sure to keep us updated when a delivery was running late, and they were so kind to even give us temporary furniture until the originals come in. When they saw that a piece of furniture was broken, they made sure to let us know and inform us that they will replace it. Alex always made sure to come and confirm anything before it was finalized. Sumner Furniture even went above and beyond to send an email and call to make sure the scheduled time and day still worked. They were never late always arrived on time sometimes earlier as well. I can go on and on about how great Sumner Furniture was.

Eric, Alex and the team are amazing!! They are amazing workers and know how to make their clients happy. Thank you so much for your hard work and being so kind and understanding. As of now we are all set but I see us working with Sumner Furniture again in the future.

We recently moved to a new office and needed all new furniture. I researched and visited several companies and came across Sumner. I went into their showroom and met with Eric. We discussed the office space and what we were looking for. Eric provided me with a couple product books and made suggestions. Once I decided what pieces we wanted the communication back and forth with Eric was smooth and clear. The products we received were beautiful. His delivery/install crew were so friendly and did a great job. I would highly recommend working with Sumner Furniture!

The quality of the furniture provided by Sumner is nothing short of excellent. In many cases, the pieces are indistinguishable from new! Their delivery and assembly services were also solid. Even when a minor issue arose with missing hardware, the staff's quick problem-solving skills and timely resolution were commendable.

We have ordered through Sumner Furniture & Design for years and will continue to use them as our go-to for office design planning, furniture selection and delivery/set-up. John Morris has been our POC and has gone above and beyond for our company for years. The customer service we have received has been top notch! Very much recommend John and the team at Sumner Furniture for your office furniture and design needs!

My eldest son, who had previously purchased office chairs from John Morris recommended him to us for sourcing a quality chair for my second son's birthday. John went out of his way and spent a lot of time helping us find the perfect chair, despite the fact that Sumner Furniture & Design mainly serves businesses purchasing multiple pieces of office furniture. Their prices are about half the listed prices on the internet, and they also have some high end used and refurbished pieces. John was great, and the only downside was having to drive out to Sterling; but it was well worth the trip.

Always a pleasant experience visiting the showroom. We have been buying furniture from Sumner for many years, and the service has always been outstanding. And the delivery is always quick!

Moving is stressful, but working with Eric and his team for our office move was a DREAM. Selecting furniture for our office was a breeze, and set up/delivery was quick and painless. Huge shout out to Eric Lewine and team from Sumner! My company has worked with Sumner for a few years, helping to upgrade our small office space in Ashburn, to our big office move to Reston! Eric and team are engaged, attentive, and creative and do everything from taking out older furniture, upgrading and providing selections for new options! When we started our Reston office build out, Eric was always our first choice! Eric and his team was involved from the very beginning, from initial design meetings, show room sessions, install and build to even post move in update and enhancements! Jeff and his company came through for me again! As a small business owner, finding good quality furniture at an affordable price is a pain in the you know what. I've been using Sumner since I started my company in 2015, working with a minimal budget, and recently to give the office an updated look. Both times I've been more than happy with their service and products. Their offering is wide and can fit any budget from old to new. Keep in mind conditions vary based on usage, but always willing to work with you. Next time we upgrade with them it will be for NEW furniture! Seriously though, if your a business check them out and build a relationship as you grow your company. You'll walk away satisfied.

Sumner is more than a furniture company, they are a team that gives back to their community and supports protecting kids. We're a local child abuse prevention nonprofit and were on a tight budget for our office move this spring. We had an excellent experience at Sumner furniture and Design in Alexandria. Jessica Grano was our sales person and she went over and above to make our experience a delight. We found great office furniture at very reasonable price.

There guys are great. By the book, but not so by the book that they shoot themselves in the foot. Great prices, on time, professional, worked with me on space planning questions. They're very down to earth but know a ton about cubes and office furniture. I am very happy I finally have an outfitter to service out 2 business' close by the their location. I was using another local vendor, while they had good prices and all Sumner beat that and totally blew them out of the water with courtesy and professionalism. We will be using again in the future most definitely. I am looking forward to it.

Exceptional! I needed to outfit an entire new office and Sumner cam through in ways I could only dream about. We got some of the most beautiful furniture and prices that cannot be beat by any one. Since that time, I have used Sumner Furniture for every one of my needs. And, it looks like I'll be outfitting an additional office that is twice as large in a few months. Jeff is going to be getting a call!
