Both Joey and Wesley are experienced and friendly, making it easy for the average Joe like me to take care of my computer when I have issues.

excellent!! place to get your iPhone fixed it took all but a few minutes. very helpful and understanding to my needs which of course it was an emergency. my daughter slept with her bed warner next to cell and couldn’t get the touch screen to work but i brought here and got it fixed definitely recommend and most certainly will return. i rate this store 10

I brought my Ipad to a different store took them over a year to give it back to me saying it cannot be fixed so the same day I went to iFixYouri and the next day they call me and my Ipad is fixed. This place is the most amazing service I have ever received in a long long time. Thank you so much iFixYouri. O and yes its my wifes and she is super happy so that means Iam really really happy.

Excellent and very fast service! We were visiting and leaving the next day when iPhone stopped charging. They had it fixed in under 5 minutes. Wish we had more friends in the area to recommend them to!

best place ever. was running around with a chicken on my head looking for a sim tray. called them and they had one!!! so nice and clean in there. always knew about them but never needed anything. definitely go over there if u need anything fixed!!! ik youll be in good hands. didnt have cash for the tip jar but bring cash cause youll be satisfied!!!

I had a Razor laptop power charging port go bad. I dropped it off and when the issue was fixed because of movement, and reduced battery swelling, I was not charged because it self-corrected. Scott was great at telling me details about my laptop. Further, he knew of the exact issues that are common with the Razor laptop. Thank you for your help.

My phone battery wasn't working properly and when I came into the store Chris D was very kind and fixed my phone in a timely manner. Now it's worker better than ever!

Out of the blue I was having difficulty with my emails, send and receiving, so I stopped by this location on Saturday with my iPad. The tech that helped me listened to the problem and within minutes he had the solution and walked me thru the steps in easy to understand language. The whole process took no more than 10-15 minutes and was handled very professionally. I would not hesitate returning should I need assistance in the future.

I had a swollen battery in my Surface Book 2 with the screen becoming unglued. I have a contract with Geek Squad, but they would have to send it to Microsoft to be repaired or replaced in 4 to 6 weeks. It is critical to customer support in my business and I could not do without it for 4 to 6 weeks without buying a replacement. Robert ordered a battery for the Surface and I dropped it off to him when the battery came in. He had it ready for me just a few hours later. Great service for a reasonable cost.

Normally my interaction with computer people isn’t pleasant but these guys were Awesome especially Lewis he was very customer friendly. On top of that the work was Great they fixed both my kids iPads for extremely great price. I would highly recommend this company if you need a cellphone or tablet fixed.

The technicians at the Northlake location are top notch and always go above and beyond. They take the time to make recommendations even on products that they don't sell there. I've repaired two phones and a computer. And I've bought two mini iPads and an iPhone 11. All almost perfect condition. Highly recommend this store.

Excellent service, no fuss help.
I had a clogged charging port on my phone, and they cleaned it for me no charge, no attempt to upsell me or anything (I had actually at first thought my port may need to be replaced)

The rep I worked with was great! After a free diagnosis on my iPhone showed it was complete dead (bad mother board), he offered options including buying available refurbished phones on site. All done and convenient in just one afternoon. Truly Awesome!!

Great experience. Battery was not holding charge and went in for replacement. Rep explained that it might be the battery or it might be a charging problem on my iPhone version and a new battery may not solve the problem. He indicated there was not a way to test unless we replaced the battery. I told him that it was worth it to me to try to see if a new battery solved the issues. The new battery worked! I appreciate that the rep didn’t try to sell me on a new battery but told me the options which allowed me to make an informed decision. Really appreciate the honesty, along with the quick service. I would not hesitate to recommend. Thanks!!

Super fast and friendly service! Replaced my iphone battery in about 20minutes, even 20 minutes faster than the promised 45 min time. The gentleman who helped was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone was kind and patient as I had my baby with me and she was fussy! Will definitely return and suggest them to a friend!

I first discovered this business back when it was at PGA and Prosperity Farms Road I had a problem with my phone they took it in took it apart cleaned it put it all back together again and didn't charge me and it worked fantastic after that it was the only place to go.I've been using IFixYouri for at least 10 years ,always reliable, recently replaced my failing Hard Drive on a iMac.I would give them 10 ********** if I could . Would highly recommend
