Bart J Kraus DDS: Family dentistry in Whitewater

Dr. Kraus is a fantastic dentist. But, I have to give a shout out to his absolutely wonderful dental hygienist. She turned an otherwise unpleasant experience into something that was highly tolerable. I'd give more stars if I could. Thank you guys for the wonderful service.

I was so pleased to see Dr. Kraus and staff back! I've already been there a few times, and I know why they were missed. Friendly staff, they will discuss all your options to fit with your budget, able to get an appointment when needed, and ,of course, they do a great job! Other dentists I've seen I have felt like they were trying to to see too many patients at once and I felt like I was not getting the attention I needed.

I was so happy Dr Krause was back in Whitewater. I have always been impressed with the makes you feel comfortable, and listens to you. The whole office is very friendly and you feel like you are not a number but are part of his family. He is a perfectionist and strives for your perfect smile.

I recently went in (Munguia is my maiden name and am now Aranda) and I had a lovely experience. Dr. Kraus was very personable and the assistants were so nice!!! Glad to be a patient here.

Dr Krause is the best

Had two fillings done by him. Both had to be repaired and one turned into a root canal. For the second filling his receptionist charged my insurance wrong and tried to charge me full price. I contact my insurance and they said they would need to bill it again. I told the receptionist they proceeded to still not fix the issue. I paid off the balance due without the extra charges and was told they would fix the issue. Now I have a collections on my credit report because of his employee errors. Wouldn’t recommend as a dentist or a business in general.

Receptionist made a mistake with my insurance..Cost me a extra 100$...Do not recommend using this dentist service..they sent a collection agency after me for their mistake..
