Gold's Gym - Woodbridge

This Gym is a great place to work out and get in the best shape of your life. The entire staff are great and easy to work with. Very clean environment, easy problem solving. Especially the General Manager Davie, he is the man, always looking for a way to.make thing easier and runs smoothly. Since he came in, we have been seeing New equipment brought in, I mean current and great equipment , he pays very good attention and very quick in taking care of complains, like I can barely remember the last time we have an equipment that was broken for more than a day or 2, I mean this guy Davie knows how to take care of Gold's gym Customers and also his employees, because I always heard good thing about him...overall, great place and great people, I recommend everyone that didn't join yet, to come in and be a part of the great place.

Highly recommend this gym... staff is friendly, helpful and the price is right! I highly, highly recommend taking ANY of Kelly's classes. She's energetic, motivating, awe-inspiring and extraordinary at her job! Don't get me started on her personal training ... she's just that amazing at her job!!! This gym is an A+++ in my books. Run, dont walk...You won't be disappointed!!

I absolutely love Golds Gym! Best decision to join and especially to hire Phil as my trainer!!! He has been the best trainer I have ever worked with. Positive, encouraging, excellent at explaining what we will be doing and helping me every session accomplish what I want to achieve.

Started my fitness journey 2.5 months ago and picked Gold’s Gym. Happy with that decision! The place is super clean, which is a big plus. They’ve got all sorts of machines, so you can hit different aspects of your muscles. The staff? Absolutely cool and super helpful - they make you feel right at home. The gym layout is simple, no fuss, and it’s easy to find whatever you need. All in all, it’s a great spot for anyone starting out with fitness or looking to keep up their game in a chill, friendly environment

This place offers everything I require for a satisfying workout experience. With its serene atmosphere and excellent amenities, including a sauna, it provides the perfect environment to achieve my fitness goals. Additionally, the staff members are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall positive experience.

Had a great training session this morning with Cathy Beatty! She is the best! She “gets” my needs and abilities and always gives me a workout that challenges but not overwhelms me.

I am consistently excited about my training sessions with Cathy Baity! She aligns exercises with my personal goals and mixes them up to keep me engaged. I continue to see consistent progress in building strength and changing my body composition.

Kelly’s Saturday Yoga class is excellent. It has matured and grown over the last year; just like her students. Her class is consistently the highlight of the weekend and one of the main reasons I remain a Golds member.

I've enjoyed working with Kelly for more than 14 years, from Lorton to Marumsco to Lake Ridge. I credit her knowledge and ingenuity with supporting me in increasing my strength and coordination.

I love some of the new equipment at Lake Ridge, particularly the BOSU Roman Chair! I had trouble reaching and using the old Roman chairs and the new one is much more "friendly" for this 5'4" tall female. Thank you!!

I attended the Silver Sneakers class today (Monday). It was awesome! The instructor, Lesley has a warm and welcoming personality. The class was a lot of fun and it was a good workout 👍

Very involved staff that truly wants to best for the gym. Ever since the new manager, Davey, has been there I have felt a shift in the environment of the gym for the better. He really cares about making the gym a better place overall and I have seen a major difference in how the gym is being ran. The entire staff has been much more attentive and effective in fixing equipment and other issues that require attention. The atmosphere as a whole has had a significantly more professional feel as the business is being ran as it should be.

One of the cleanest gyms I’ve been to. Reyna does a fantastic job and I don’t think I’ve ever seen her not doing something. All of the staff is super friendly and helpful. Nick at the front desk and the trainers Phil and Rob are outstanding!

Gold gym in Woodbridge is the gym for me. Kelly is the best! She makes everyone feel comfortable . I wait whole week to attend her class. Looks like she should have another class added to the week to meet the demand. Each and everyone in her class enjoys it. She is the gem in our Woodbridge Gold’s gym!

I'm new to this gym, but so far I love it!! I love the amount of equipment they have and the power racks. I haven't been able to check out the outside gym area yet, but looking forward to it. I also love the amenities like the sauna and smoothie bar! I had a great experience with Chase. He did my intro training session and I was really excited to hear that this gym offers boxing training. I have had three boxing trainers now, and so far he seems to be better than the last two. Looking forward to becoming a long time member hopefully!

UPDATE (Jan 2024): I'm now training with Rob and still going strong. The gym is great and continues to update equipment, offering lots of great options for members.

I’ve been training with Cathy B. since December 2022. She’s been awesome; I’ve really enjoyed working with her so far. Feeling stronger 💪🏾

I have been going there for so long and I can’t make my mind to quit. I had some issues in past about kids zone and I stopped going to gym, i went only two times in last 2 months but now I feel like it was just a little misunderstanding and staff is good and they do their best they can. I have seen so many changes in kids zone and I like their new name tag cubbies and teachers and staff are always welcoming to cheer u up even if u r feeling down.

Super solid gun with plenty of interesting equipment. Davey was speedy and very helpful. Phil and Kody are some amazing trainers who really have your best interest at heart.

Living in Lake Ridge and being a member of Gold's Gym for several years continues to be a superb experience. The Yoga Yin classes with Ms. Samantha has been excellent. Keep up the great support. David Mullis

After moving back into the area this gym was the best fit for me. Has everything you need and the cleaning staff is always keeping it clean. My only gripe is the hours. Wish it closed a little later than usual during the weekdays. Other than that it has been a great experience so far.
