despite ordering online, i will say that the customer service at the store is pretty good.
we had some swedish food (which was delicious) and then went to collect the items and all the staff we encountered were helpful with directions to get to the pickup area.
we’ve been to the store before and the options and prices are really worth it.
eg. a pack of 10 clothes sturdy hangers for $2 is amazing.

edit; needed to return and reorder the correct item. dealt with Anna (& Eric) in the returns and online order pickup sections.
they were extremely helpful even though it was a confusing situation.

also Anna saw me walking through the doors with a large, bulky item to return and met me along the way to the counter with a trolley which was def going above and beyond!

This trip was only a curbside pickup of an online order, everything was ready hours before my chosen pickup window. The person bringing the order out arrived within a minute or two of me checking in on the website with my vehicle and parking spot information.

Outstanding selection, very vast array of furniture items. If nothing else, by simply walking amongst the areas you can collect your own ideas about how you want your space to look.

I was greeted in the kitchen area and asked if i needed help finding anything.
My favorite finds this time were the fun hooks and baskets I found in the kitchen area upstairs and an adorable highland hairy coo print in the frame section.

Good quality and good design household items. I was looking for toys and eating utensils for my 7 month old baby and got what I wanted at a very reasonable rate.
Also bought some artificial plants for house decoration.

Definitely in a class of its own. The IKEA shopping experience is unlinke any other retail experience you will ever have. The store is neat and clean, sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Hands down my favorite place to shop

Great place to find lots of options with price ranges from very affordable to getting pricy. I love that you can see the stuff in person to feel the product, see it, and look for any possible issues like how sturdy is the $99 item vs the $249 version? They also have some pretty good food options for lunch.

First time to an IKEA trip — and it was a marvelous experience. Parking in the garage isn’t a hassle, and the loading dock is quite spacious for multiple vehicles to station there. IKEA’s app was very accurate with what is in stock — it made my 2 hour trip so worth it because I knew what I was looking for and it all worked out great! Absolutely loved having the walk-through catalogues on the 3 & 4 floor. It is super useful to look at it in person than to guess using the naked eye with a tape measure. Love the some what easy instructions for the Hemnes & Brimnes products! I purchased two Hemnes night stands in the gray stained wood, with the Hemnes 6 chest. This set looks absolutely gorgeous! I went with the gray Brimnes 4 storage bed frame and the Brimnes Headboard - as pretty as the picture!

I came back a second time, continuing to assemble the furniture, and so far so good. IKEA has high quality products that won’t dissatisfy.

The IKEA store is more user friendly than in-person speaking with a staff member because all their website and useful info is attached to the furniture. I contacted IKEA customer support over the phone and they made it unchallenging for me to get missing items and damaged items replaced!

Amazing experience, great prices, variety of selections, customizable furniture, and overall a place to decor your entire home. It enchanted your home with many aesthetic things and ideas. This trip opened my mind to brand new home decor projects for the future.

A lot of choices! You will find a great addition to your home. Affordable furniture and home goods. They have flexible return policy. The place is huge and they offer a lot of discounts. Their food is great, Sadly, their food court is closed.

We all know about the meatballs. The price has gone up, but they still taste great. I always fall for getting their soda and it's really not great. It's always almost flat.

They still so much home goods. Everything is great quality and there are so many options. We've furnished 2 home offices and two preteen rooms.

Personally, I adore this Swedish super store for its creativity in design, simplicity in assembly, clean cut looks and above all dedication to sustainability. They have brought in a round of vegetarian options in the cafe that allows you to keep shopping the whole day. Well thought-out layout, innovative designs and brightly lit store aisles welcome you.

If you been to one Ikea, you've been to them all. This one is right outside the DC beltway. It has plenty of parking. It's a well designed, and enjoyable shopping experience. Prices and selection covers all budget, and everything is just so efficient. We find Ikea furniture tends to last a decade, and their dishware tends to last as well. Best part you can grab a pretty welcoming swedish meal at a fair price at the end of your day... Expect to walk over a mile if you decide to walk through the entire showroom, so wear comfortable shoes.

I came to the Woodbridge IKEA to purchase 2 sets of the aurdal closet system a month ago. I was given a list of items I needed to build the closet and then went to the warehouse to pick them up. I totally botched the order by picking the wrong items and then entering the wrong numbers at checkout. A month later we were trying to set up the closets and discovered I had the wrong items and incomplete closets. I went back to ikea and the guy at the checkout noted that none of the items I was returning were on the receipt I brought in. I knew it was the correct receipt because I hadn’t bought anything that pricey from ikea in years. I explained to him what I thought the error was and he called the manager. I already felt so self conscious and was sure he wouldn’t believe me and probably thought I was trying to tell a story and steal from ikea. Then came Joshua, the manager, who patiently listened to me and understood exactly how the error happened. He checked the receipt and cameras and came back to me and validated my story. He took the wrong items away and brought me the correct items; the ones I had actually paid for last month. Joshua was very professional and treated me respectfully even though the fault was totally mine!! Kudos to you, Joshua…ikea is lucky to have you!

It is a very fun experience to wander through IKEA and make an entire half day out of the store! I recommend just taking one simple room at a time and coming back multiple times because otherwise it can get so overwhelming ! They have meatballs and an entire Floor dedicated to food! My daughter (19) and I went here to hang out, wander, and chat. All of that was achieved plus exploring a decorating vibe. Easy parking. Nice time.

IKEA is always a constant. I miss it when I'm away and when I return I don't want to leave. They are made of dreams and hope and wonderful plans. Someday, I will be able to live the IKEA dream. It was sad the escalator was closed and there wasn't an obvious sign telling us to use the elevator. As usual noone was really around to help but that's expected right?
