Friendly, efficient, and most important, took time to explain my pet's health issues and to recommend the most efficient and effective treatment. Was given a prompt appointment. Treatment done and received a call with full details. Received a full report again when I arrived to collect her. Additional, in-home, treatments recommended. So happy I took the recommendation for Crossroads and Dr. Reppuhn is outstanding.

I've been taking my fur babies here for around 5 years and they have been amazing in every way. They've seen me through lymphoma and breast cancer in two of my cats. They are always accommodating, caring and most importantly HONEST. I have nothing but respect for the vets and everything they do.

Dr. Seligson was professional yet patient and knowledgeable. She helped me understand my lil senior Shih Tzu's heart murmur and the type of food he should be eating to not make things worse. She also diagnosed his lil hind leg(limping) as muscle sprain/strain from jumping up and down too much. Suggestions for treatment seem to help plus him being a few pounds less won't hurt either.😉

Furbaby is officially 14yrs old now.🙌🏾❤ However, with age there may be more health issues. This time I noticed blood in his hair on his private area😳 after potty. So off to the vet we go.
This time we saw Dr. Neff for this possible emergecy visit and he was absolutely wonderful. He was very reassuring and efficient, which was so calming to a very concerned HuMom. I'll keep a close eye my Furbaby as the bloody discharge did not repeat. Thanks for another professional yet personable visit at Crossroads Animal Care Center.👍🏽🤗

Another great vet visit with Dr. Neff. He is absolutely one of the best vet doctors my furbaby of 14yrs has seen❤. He is so caring and personable. His explanations are so clear and down to earth which really helps to put your mind at ease. Thank you Dr. Neff for your guidance and dedication to our furry family members' health/wellbeing.🐶❤🙏🏽

Best vet and staff I have found in Woodbridge. They took great care of my dogs and not pricey like other vets in the area. They didn't have any chaos and a very nice waiting room. They remembered my Farrah and Wolf when I went back for a 2nd visit. I'm impressed.

What a wonderful clinic! From the vet to the front office staff, excellent! They took wonderful care of my two Goldendoodles and I witnessed them stop everything to help save a kitty who had jumped out of their carrier in the parking lot to help rescue it.

Our Vet Dr Neff is the best we have ever had the pleasure to have look after our Cats.
From his genuine care for the Cats from the day to day standpoint and even when we have had to experience pet losses due to normal life circumstances.

Dr. Neff and the staff are absolutely amazing! The staff are friendly and always willing to accommodate. Whenever I call with a need or concern, they are responsive and willing to assist in any way they can. Dr. Neff recently met my two fur babies on two separate occasions and both times he was wonderful. Dr. Neff was very thorough and clear throughout our visit. Thank you for taking such great care of our babies. Excellent team!

As always staff is the most welcoming, apologetic when taking longer than usual with updates, all are so nice!. Dr. Reppuhn is the best!. She is direct thorough and to the point. She takes her time to listen and follows through. I have nothing but praise for this practice. 🙌🏽!!!

I have taken my pets here for the past 6 years and highly recommend this practice. I've seen Drs Neff and Reppuhn and both of them are awesome. The staff is very responsive and give the sense that they genuinely care about your pet.

We have been LONG time clients of Crossroads Animal Care Center and even drive up from Stafford to Woodbridge, just so our pets can see Dr. Neff. The facility is top notch and they truly love the animals they care for. I highly recommend this veterinary office.

We are so incredibly thankful Crossroads fit us in for exams. We are active duty coming from the West coast and is was very difficult to find a vet anywhere to do our health certificates for overseas travel. We are so relieved. The office is very clean and relaxing. Our dogs were more at ease in this office than ever and LOVED Dr. Neff. I’ve never seen my cattle dog roll over and show her belly or lick the face of any vet or tech we’ve ever had. The whole team was very nice, patient, and responsive. The vet tech(Josh) was quick, thorough, and polite as well.

I needed an emergency appointment for one of my youngest babies, they were so compassionate and took me right away. My favorite vet is here, Dr. Reppuhn! I love, love, love her and trust her with the car of all my fur babies! The front desk receptionist is always pleasant. Thanks for taking such good care if my babies!

We brought our cat in with an emergency situation and the care was phenomenal! The vet was so personable, caring, and kind. They did extra services free of charge to ensure they knew everything they needed to for the situation. They took extra time to explain all the scenarios and give us options for care. Our cat is on the mend and doing well thanks to crossroads. We are so thankful and plan to switch all care over to them going forward!

The vet and staff were most attentive to our two new kitties. They were treated with kindness and gentleness and did not seem to be nervous or afraid at all. I am happy to make Crossroads our permanent place for our pet needs.

I was recommended to Crossroads by one of my best friends. We saw Dr. Repphun both times and she’s been really awesome. Staff is also very friendly. We recently went to get my dog spayed and she was also due for her vaccines so Dr. Repphun called and said we could do it on the same visit which was great since it saved me trip back later this month. Dr. Repphun called after the surgery to give me updates on my dog, which I greatly appreciated the personal update. I also recommended this place to a neighbor that was looking for a vet and they told me after their visit that they were super happy!

I wanted to personally thank Dr. Neff, Dr. Reppuhn, Dr. Seligson, and the staff over at Crossroads Animal Care. Over the years they have given great professional and personal service to us with our dog. They have even saved his life recently and I'm forever grateful for giving us more time with our dog. 5 Stars and will always bring our pets here. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I can't begin to say enough good things about this veterinary center. I was not a patient but when I called with an emergency, because every other vet place was booked or could not see me in that moment, Crossroads fit me into their schedule immediately. My baby had feline leukemia, and they did everything they could, different types of treatments to try to save him over the course of 2 weeks. Unfortunately, it was not meant to be, my baby had to be put down. That process is hard enough as it is, But Crossroads did everything in their power to make it a little bit easier. Even afterwards they called to check on me, and sent me a condolences card signed by everybody in the office. I will hands down always be grateful to them and their caring staff, moving forward with all of my vet needs will go there. I highly recommend them. <3

I love this vet. I take my dog here to get checked and I really like my vet And the staff here are really friendly. They respond well when I call them them and leave messages or even questions that I may have.

This year was my first time I got my dogs teeth cleaned and it was a nice experience they told me what to expect and felt comfortable going through it with this vet. Thanks for being a great office!
