I like This Starbucks because a nice Barista by the name of Mama works there. I have a Starbies in my neighborhood, but will go all the way to the one where she is at to get my drink. She is so nice !!

I LOVE this starbucks. they’re so kind when it comes to complicated stuff especially the girl who helped me with my door dash order today! I called to get a different drink then what i ordered, and she told me it was already made but she’ll make what i called for. I expected her to throw away the already made one because most do but she gave me both the drink i called to switch to AND the one i ordered on the app! thank you so much you’re an angel and you made my day!! ❤❤

I do not normally right reviews; however, I was compelled to. My daughter and I placed a mobile order for the kiosk and unbeknownst to us they did not have our food items available and advised they could not refund us. We came to this Starbucks and asked an employee who then went to her manager about what we could do. The manager was very nice and apologetic and she explained to us the difference between the kiosk and an actual location. She then also gave us the items that we ordered from the other store. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and I know how to make a customer feel appreciated and she definitely did that.

Nicco and Shawn not only are AMAZING AND PATIENT their team have the COOLEST STARBUCKS MUG COLLECTION EVER from around the world……..THATS NOT A TEAM THATS A FAMILY………..

I can't express how happy Andy, Sydney(too bad shes moving to FL), and Val made me this evening!!! Honestly, they are always super awesome when they help me...today was special.
Long story short...they did what no one else could. I broke 1 of my lids to a tumbler that couldn't be replaced. Andy happened to have 1 left & he gave it to me(i bought it)!!! When I tell you this tumbler had serious sentimental...that would be an understatement! I know this may sound silly to some people but, people in the service industry don't get enough praise.
Thank you for having such amazing batistas!

Great staff with quick service.

Just probably had my best Starbucks breakfast I’ve ever had. The staff was super nice when I came in for my pickup order and when I got in the car my boyfriend and I were pleasantly surprised to find that both my croissant and his wrap were hot, fresh, and delicious. Banana was perfectly ripe. His coffee was hot and made just right.
At 11:30 am I wasn’t expecting everything to be the same quality as an early morning breakfast, but it definitely was. Also, very accessibly from I-95 both getting on and off the interstate. Fantastic!

Great customer service at this Starbucks. Even though there is an actual Starbucks location down the street, I still prefer to come to this location. There's usually little to no wait and I've never had an issue with my coffee unlike the other location on Prince William Pkwy.

I ordered from uberEats 2 Latte's. Everything was fine until my wife's latte showed up with a quarter missing. There was no sign that the drink had spilled so it had to have been made that way. I had ordered from them in the past and received both drinks like this before so I called the store and spoke with one of the managers. She was super helpful and very sweet. She listened to me relay the details of my order and promptly accepted responsibility and chose to fix the error. I was not looking for any type of "free drink or reimbursement"...I was just calling to let them know to pay attention becuz this was the 2nd time this happened. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE MOD...BCUZ THIS MADE MY DAY!!!😃😄😁👍

I work at the outlet & I always mobile order, always great never a mistake

On the way to North Carolina and it was a pleasant Starbucks stop. Staff seemed to be in good spirit and their service was excellent. Also the Christmas decorations and New Years resolution sticky notes were a nice touch.

There is a male barista that works there that is AMAZING! He is tall with longish red hair and he wears a hat; that man is so kind and he makes some very yummy lattes! He always has a smile on and takes the time to say something nice if if they are busy!

I like the mugs you can buy from Starbucks with each state on them. I was in VA and all they had where DC mugs... I was kinda of sad about this. Place was clean staff was very nice and said sorry about not having any mugs from VA. In the end I was happy with my coffee 😊

I always love coming here and knocking out some paperwork. Drinks quick and made to order. The baristas are always cheerful and great conversation at the high chairs. It's especially wonderful when Christine is behind the counter. :)

My visit was one of the nicest I've ever had at a Starbucks. Staff was super friendly and there were regulars who knew everyone by name. It was more than just a stop for caffeine and I wasn't expecting that!

What I love about Starbucks in addition to the coffee is the consistency in customer service. Baristas and cashiers are friendly and professional, no matter which one I go it's always the same, great service!! I like all drinks but my go to are caramel machiato and cinnamon dolce latte (latter one is so soothing, it relaxes me so much).

Mama and Raquel are the best, always with a smile and always take great care of their customers. They deserve to be commanded and recognized for their hard work and excellent customer service.

The people who work here are the greatest people in all of Starbucks. They are sweet and caring about their customers. I always get my drink correctly done they take pride in their store .
