Wow, easiest and friendliest experience... Really wish we had started at Pohanka, wasted lots of time getting the runaround and dealing with shenanigans at a couple other dealerships before we got linked up with Karlton at Pohanka. No surprises, got the price we wanted and he hunted down the exact model and color for us. Great experience!

Great place went for job interview, everyone is very nice and great knowledge, love the environment and alot variety positions can do for future, company has amazing opportunities to explore and get into any field. Doing work and with others completing it.

Everyone loves a new car, but nobody loves the car buying process. You are tortured with “BS” games. They waste your time with offer sheets, and promises of PM, when all you want is the bottom line price, and quick settlement process. Ryan Poole and the staff at Pohanka Honda are bar none the best, highest integrity car dealership in the area.

I went to three other dealers in the area:

1- Honda Dealer in Woodbridge, VA (owned by a big company). They are nice and professional, but it’s the typical shuck and jive of a car sales person, they gave me a price that they said was bottom, I told them we are leaving and not paying more than the national average. We leave get a call in which they state we can give you at this price which was still above national average, but we have to pay cash and close by the 9:00 PM.
2- Honda Dealer in Falls Church, VA. Smaller dealership. The sales staff is not very attentive, and didn’t want a sale this day.
3- Honda Dealer in Tyson’s Corner, VA. Comical used car sales archetype.

Pohanka has sales staff members who have been working there for 10 and 15 years. That says something about the integrity level of the ownership. As soon as we got out of our car the sales person Jackie (I hope I didn’t butcher her name), greeted us at the door, she was very friendly, and inviting with out being “salesy”.

I have to say it’s been the best car buying experience that I’ve ever had. I wish they sold other brands of cars out of this location as the staff is awesome.

I would certainly recommend Pohanka Honda and especially salesman Karlton Barclift, who provided excellent service and an easy experience with no run-arounds or pressure. Karlton even brought the car to me when I had trouble getting out to Marlowe Heights! I did my entire car search via internet and dealt with a number of local dealerships. Karlton was by far the most polite and helpful, offered the lowest price on an end-of-year 2012 model and -- when I asked about 2013 models -- said he could sell me a 2013 for the same price if I could wait until they arrived on the lot. He contacted me when Pohanka received the model and color that I wanted and confirmed the price as the same he'd quoted. Both the new car and my old one are manual transmissions. When I told Karlton that I was having trouble finding another manual driver to go to the dealership with me and drive my old car home, he offered to bring the car to me. He arrived, took me on a short test drive, did the paperwork without trying to up-sell me for anything else, and that was it. Great customer service!

I Bought a 2012 Honda Odyssey EXL-RES from Pohanka Honda. I worked with Phuong Le from Sales. I had negotiated a price online and when I walked in they honored the price and did not try and sell me extras. The whole process was smooth and no surprises in the Finance department. I would recommend Phuong Le.

These people are professional if you are looking for a vehicle go to this dealer and ask for Andrew Kelley. He can negotiate and give you a good deal. Highly recommended.
