Panera Bread

First time here visiting my brother. We ordered our dine in food from the table using the app. Very easy process. Received an email indicating our order was received and was being prepared. Shortly after that another email indicating order was ready come to the counter to pick it up. Order was complete and food was very enjoyable.

Excellent experience. The food was astounding and tasted fresh, both the sandwiches and soups we ordered. Both were perfectly warm and did not taste like they were sitting out for an amount of time. The music was a little loud, but overall, highly recommended.

Love that they opened this new location with a bigger dining room. I love coming here to study and always get a good meal with it. The staff is also nice.

Amazing experience primarily because of the restaurant manager Jose. It is so refreshing in this culture to have an individual who genuinely cares about professionalism and responsibility; an individual who isn’t lazy and thinks his job is somehow beneath him as if it didn’t matter how he conducts himself or approaches his job. This individual doesn’t waste his God-given breath in complacency, grumbling , complaining and/or some self-entitled attidtude. He cared for my family as if it were a 4 star restaurant. No job is meaningless. No moments in life are to be wasted. No responsibility is too little. No person is unimportant. He took care of my family. Thank you for the memory.

Great service and the ability to order more without having to talk to someone. We were still there after closing and they let us finish eat.

Always loved Panera for quality. The new flatbread pizza is delicious with vegetarian option.

One of the best Panera Bread restaurants I've been to. I liked the layout. The atmosphere was very nice and the food is always very good.

This Location of Panera Bread is very clean and organized. Khan greeted his customers with a acknowledgment smile 😊 in which customers LUV! Bakery server ARNELLE is very polite an has great eye contact.

Vegan options. I had the seasonal salad with kale and quinoa. I LIKED I could pick and choose. Fresh fruit was FRESH. All this time I've been skipping Panera because I didn't want bread.

Love love their food the chipotle chicken avacado melt their pizza theeir green tea papaya passion fruit drink is the bomb. Must try all of their item you won't regret it. Everything is fresh and taste delicious.

Excellent service. My salads were made to perfection & we had service with a smile. That's why we ordered from this Panera for total of 6 of the last 10 days. The drive through team is Amazing!!!

Oh my gosh!! I love their turkey sandwich!! Customer service is excellent. Store is vert clean.

If there is a problem, it is corrected with a phone call. Sometimes when they are super busy but I still receive great service with a smile. The family size salads and pizza are my favorites.

This Panera Bread is located in Woodbridge VA. Wonderful atmosphere and fast service. I will return.

My favorite place when on the go to stop and eat . Chicken salad on croissant is a favorite. The restaurant is clean. The bathrooms are always tiptop. The drinks are hot, which is not the case at all Panera locations. There is plenty of seating, and the staff is very courteous and on the ball. Great meeting space also.

Regular visitors try the SIPS Club. Good for regular fountain drinks/hot coffee and teas. Pays for itself after 3 drinks. Easy to use through app.

Big and bright Panera location. Great food and service as usual.

Awesome Grilled Sammich & Cheese Broccoli Soup...
They just need to serve Coke products instead of Pepsi...

I can proudly say that while a lot of chains are falling way off on customer service, This Panera is ALWAYS on point. I come often before work so they probably know my face by now. The staff is ALWAYS very friendly, food is always fresh. I would give 10 stars if I could. This is the best - my favorite Panera location.
