If there is one doctor who is 5 star, it’s Dr.Djafari. She has excellent clinical
Knowledge, and provides
Accurate Diagnosis, proactive and preventive plan, and is able to address tough health conditions for my family and friends. She is caring. I am blunt and honest when I say she is better than all specialists put together. I rarely give reviews and Dr.Djafari is rarer than rare. Not kidding. Thank you Doc.

Dr. Djafari has been our family doctor for years and she is great! She takes the time to listen and explains her diagnosis and treatment plan in a way that is both empathetic and informative. We’ve never had a bad experience with her.

Do not recommend. Dr D's bio on the Leesburg Sterling Family Practice is impressive, but her bedside manner is sorely lacking. She did not take pain issues that I had seriously. Additionally, her treatment of simple, routine medical issues is subpar. I switched doctors and found out that the thyroid blood test numbers she said were normal were actually quite off. The new physician upped my synthroid dosage, and I had no idea how lousy I had been feeling. Felt so much better!!

I do not recommend this doctor. She is only interested in her own agenda. I came to her about not being able to sleep. She told me to see an OBGYN and recommended a PAP and Tetanus shot. She had no empathy. I was brutally honest about everything I was taking (like Vitamin D). When I followed up on my blood work to inquire about my Vitamin D levels which she did NOT have tested, she recommended I start taking Vitamin D. She doesn't listen or read your paperwork before responding to questions. Sloppy and incompetent. Finally, she forges your medical records afterward - another doctor's office told me she wrote she recommended 10 mg of melatonin for my insomnia. Never happened. She gives doctors a BAD name.
