Josh was awesome to work with. He provided a clear estimate, explained the problem, the fix and worked as quickly as our problem would allow. He spent time explaining symptoms of problems a house of our age might show in the future, which was very thoughtful. Very professional and courteous and we would hope to work with him again in the future.

They were excellent and solved my problem with my garbage disposal in no time! Michael, the technician (RN49460F), was very professional, kind, and willing to do whatever he can to give me a good value for his time solving the issue. It turned out to be a very simple fix, but it was worth it for me to learn how to handle this same disposal jam situation on my own in the future. He even went above and beyond with checking the water flows of my bathrooms too and gave me good advice on any improvements needed. BEN, WAS A DELIGHT! PROFESSIONAL, VERY FRIENDLY, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE WILL BE OUR GO TO GUY WHEN THE NEXT PLUMBING ISSUE OCCURS. UNFORTUNATELY, WE DID NOT RECEIVE THE COMPLIMENTARY ENDOSCOPE AS THE 2ND TECHNICIAN WHO WAS TO DO IT CALLED SAYING HE WAS 2 HRS AWAY. WE NEED TO RESCHEDULE IT FOR ANOTHOR DAY WHEN WE'RE AVAILABLE.

Incredible! Michael Smith was my technician; everyone should request him. Not only did he arrive in less than an hour on a Sunday night, he fixed the problem AND taught me how to trouble shoot the issue in the future all in under 30 mins! And to top it all off, it was the cheapest plumber bill I’ve ever had. I cannot more highly recommend this company and Michael specifically again. I will absolutely be a returning customer!

We had a clogged kitchen sink and the guy came the same day and unclogged it. A few hours before that I had someone local give it a go for much less fee and he couldn't get it unclogged. However the RotoRooter guy used exactly the same method with same machine and he just kept on trying until it cleared! It was celebratory moment for us because we couldn't live another day without our kitchen sink properly working. So thank you, Matthew!

On Christmas Day a fresh water pipe broke and our basement flooded. After several calls and getting to the right person, Joshua showed up after 8pm and was able to do the repair despite stores being closed. He was so professional and understanding of the unfortunate timing. He welcomed us watching him work and happily answered all questions. John, our Service Tech was very professional in his manner. He took the time to explain what he thought the issue was and what he would do to correct it. He also took the time to explain the rate that we wound be charge. Initial we thought it was high until we saw all that was involved in correcting our problem.
