Awesome experience. Everyone, from front desk to therapists is absolutely wonderful. They treat you with kindness and compassion for your individual situation. Initially, I thought I would get the same therapist each visit but they are one big team, and I love that they all pour into my individual needs. They continue with my regular regimen but at times someone may introduce a new exercise that will aid in my recovery and I love that. Great place & great people. If you need PT, I highly recommend them.

If I could give more than just 5 stars I would, despite the daily pain I’m in during my surgery and other symptoms recovery, my experience at Alliance with my Physical and Aquatic Therapy has been and still is such a wonderful experience.
Great group of professionals, starting from their front desk, managers, all physiotherapists and techs.

Guten Tag! I was an original patient of Alliance Physical Therapy in Stafford two years ago. I was referred there after rupturing my achillles. They did such a wonderful job that I thought I would try them again.

Since I reside in Dale City, the Woodbridge (Smoketown) location was the closest. When I arrived, I filled out what appeared to be a "book" of information. I was not thrillled about this; however, it was necessary since there is a new recordkeeping system. By any means, I wanted to give kuddos to Dr. Eric. He and I have a lot in common as he was in the Navy, and I work as a "civilian-Marine" in the Marine Corps. Eric is knowledgable, patient, and concerned. He takes his time to make sure patients are comfortable and pain free. I was referred by Dr. Zijerdi (i.e. my orthopedic surgeon) for left IT band and right hip bursitis. I highly recommend this doctor and this practice. Tschüss!

The staff was so friendly and personable! I felt comfortable every session with the different PTs I worked with. They answered any questions I had regarding my injury and gave me helpful tips for my time outside of PT.

Great PTs and PTAs. Dr. Sara was my first PT. She was consistently reassuring to me, gave me great exercises to work on both at home and at Alliance and the staff is welcoming. I feel like their encouragement and help has made my recovery so much better.

From the first day I walked in Alliance Physical Therapy, I was treated with respect, great care and the entire crew was phenomenal. I was feeling and doing extremely bad from a vehicle accident, but everyone there made sure I was well taken care of and my experience and expectations would be met at every appointment. I feel so much better now and I am pleased with the service Prajahta, Nate, Ben, Bentley, Ralph, Joseph, Junior, Isaac, Gabi, Jennifer, Ana and Sandra provided.

Fantastic and knowledgeable staff with an excellent facility. They got me back skiing and biking as quick as possible after spending 3+ months in a hard cast from an Achilles repair. The hydro therapy was a perfect reintroduction to weight bearing, walking and balance. Dr. Ramirez knows when to push and when to be cautious. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a sports medicine minded PT.

It’s not every day you come across businesses where the 100% the of employees are kind, compassionate, and respectful.

I completed about two months of PT at this facility and literally each time I went, I was excited and looking forward to the next visit.

(Being a single mom and a student, I had little to no time for myself. After working an overnight, I’d drop my daughter off at school then head straight to therapy, no matter how tired I was.

I always looked forward to going because the staff made each and every visit very comforting and it was rewarding for me.

The entire front office staff are very sweet and professional. They greet upon entrance. They explain things thoughly for you to understand and give each client their undivided attention!

Joseph, is such a soft spoken and respectful gentleman.
Aleta is full of energy and working with her was always fun! Even on the days where I was exhausted, her bubbly energy would always cheer me up!
Tay is so sweet and respectful, she would always go out of her way to say hello even if she wasn’t assigned to me for the day!
Praja was such a sweet soul. She always showed concern for my daughter and would give the greatest advice in a very clear and calm manner.

The chiropractor Dr Sayed and I literally had the BEST conversations in the few minutes that he saw me which was probably the best part of the therapy session for me lol.

Unfortunately, I was unable to find the names of the remaining team that I had written down (I’m sad) but my goal was to give each and every one of them a shout out because they deserve it!

With that being said, this facility gets a 5STAR plus an additional A++++ from me! I was overwhelmed with life mentally and going there contributed to me overcoming my stress and finding calmness in life again through physical therapy and exercise. I’ve now lost weight and decided to continue the exercises and stretches that I was taught because I love the outcome of how I feel overall.

I spent 2 months with alliance physical therapy, I just want to say thank you to (Pt- baxley )for helping me get better, very knowledgeable and helpful. I also want to mention Pt- trombley Renee she was also very good at her duties, Hey professional, And also very kind.
Can't say enough about the tech people especially Aleta she is full of positive and uplifting energy,very happy person, She always makes the morning bright for everyone patient there, another tech Joseph cool Guy.

Prajakta Killekar has been my therapist since April 4th. She has been excellent. She has good knowledge of therapy techniques, a great understanding of the patients she is helping, and she always finds what is needed to improve the physical abilities of her patient. Also she is patient, caring and willing to overlook someone when they are feeling a little down. I do not think I would be as far along as I am had she been less qualified in all areas of care.

This was my second time in one year going to Alliance Physical Therapy. My experience, on both occasions were pleasant. I felt I was being attended to and listened to, which kept my recovery on track. Everyone there is very easy to talk to and your time won't be wasted. I would recommend scheduling with Alliance to anyone I know because they will be taken care of.

The Smoketown Alliance Physical Therapy location is awesome. Smoketown has the most professional and knowledgeable Physical Therapists and Administrative Staff. There are many Physical Therapists at the Smoketown location and they have great hours to accommodate their patient’s schedules. Prajakta is an excellent Physical Therapist. She cares about her patient and she desires the best. Prajakta has ensured that I received the best therapy. I trust her recommendations and judgement. She's great! Nate is an excellent Physical Therapy Assistant and he’s very knowledgeable. Rebecca is kind, encouraging and wise beyond her years. Miguel is very good. He has encouraged me to try new techniques to progress my healing process. Tracey is knowledgeable and a well-trained aquatic therapist. She’s friendly and very flexible. Joseph is training to be a Physical Therapist. He’s incredible too. The Administrative Staff is amazing. Jamie works in the front office and she’s professional, friendly, courteous and welcoming. Jamie is always willing to assist the customers. She’s a pleasure to talk to. Sandra works in the front office as well and she’s wonderful. The office manager, Sandra, is professional and thorough. The Smoketown location cares about their patients and always puts the patients first. This location is very clean! On a scale of 1 – 10, I give the Smoketown location a 10!!!

Had my first post-surgical evaluation and therapy session with Prajakta yesterday. She answered all my questions and explained everything she was doing. This is my second time going through therapy. The last time, I worked with Blanca and the results were better mobility than I had prior to my injury. I would strongly recommend Alliance Physical Therapy for their very professional staff.

5 Stars for sure!!! RaeLynn and the entire Staff is amazing, her communication to her patients is awesome and very clear and understandable. Each staff member I have worked with has been super pleasant and super helpful. When I arrived a few weeks ago I was so distraught I didn't know how to bounce back to myself after my car accident but these ladies really take their time to get to know you and gain your trust. I would recommend everyone to this location in Fredericksburg VA. Fredericksburg Alliance Staff keep up the good work!!!
