Great facility, great staff. Whatever it is you come to a gym for, TFE has everything you need for a good solid workout. The gym is clean, spacious, and vibrant, and the staff is friendly and helpful (shoutout JT and Nicole for all the info and accommodation). Definitely recommend!

Great experience using all the gym equipment and amenities! Love the options they have for group classes. Some of the machines they have in the main gym are totally worth exploring, I love using them. Also, their personal training is worth exploring! HIGHLY recommend it! The trainers are very motivated to help their clients achieve the results they want!

Jason was so incredibly kind, patient, helpful during the process. Any questions I had were immediately answered and he helped me decide what was right for me with absolutely no pressure.

TFE is in a great location in One Loudoun, the gym is clean and well maintained, the staff is friendly. I have loved the group fitness classes, they offer a great variety and the instructors are all amazing. I started personal training with Diane and she is fantastic. Would highly recommend membership here!

Excellent customer service with staff who are genuinely concerned about their patrons! Jason and his staff have done more for my guys who play basketball every weekend, then Lifetime fitness has done the entire 10 years I was a member! This speaks volumes to the owners, as they are truly concerned about how they can best be of benefit to YOU!!!!!!

The gym I was going to at the beginning of the year announced that it was shutting down so I had the joy of trying to find another place. Anyone who has gone hunting for a gym to either start, or continue, their fitness journey knows you need to get the right vibe from a place to feel comfortable. For me, TFE has that vibe.

Classes are accessible and information on offerings and events are posted everywhere, there's a room for functional fitness where you can swing kettlebells to your hearts content, and enough cardio machines that you'll never struggle to find a treadmill or elliptical to grind away on.

For me, though, it's the weight room. Other gyms I've been to seem to lean away from the weights. Weights are present, but the range is limited and tend to skew towards machines instead of plates and dumbbells. TFE, on the other hand, went all in. I've been working out in gyms on and off over the last twenty years and this is the first time I've seen 55lbs plates on the squat racks. Dumbbells going up to 150lbs each. I'm not there yet, but there's an impish glee in the notion that maybe, just maybe, I can lift one of those someday.

Usually when a place tries to do everything, it ends up half baked. TFE is walking that fine line, and, from what I can tell, doing it right. So far I am happy, and look forward to going to TFE for the foreseeable future.

I just joined TFE and am happy with it already. The enrollment experience was very quick, took less than 10 minutes, no pressure. At the moment I’m mostly using the cardio floor, the third floor, which has plenty of equipment. Great experience so far glad I joined!

It offers various classes, personal trainings, and health assessments that are far more effective and useful than Sports & Health and Lifetime Fitness, where I have previously had Membership. Living in various parts of the country for the past 25 years, have seen numerous gyms. Was transferred to Northern Virginia a few weeks ago, started looking for a clean, well- managed gym. Visiting TFE was an amazing experience. Super friendly staff, very clean, lots of well -maintained strength training and cardio equipment. Matt gave me a tour and JT assisted with signing up process. This is a fantastic gym, highly recommend it.

I’ve toured each of the full size gyms in the Ashburn/Broadlands/Leesburg area and this one is THE best value for the membership price. They have both month-to-month (my preference) and long term contract options. The gym is clean, well maintained, not overly crowded, and reasonably priced. For less than $100/month you get access to fully outfitted gym and cardio sections, full sized basketball court with 6 hoops, a functional fitness turf room with TONS of equipment options, and class studios with an actual class schedule. Keep up the great work TFE!!

I definitely enjoy TFE in One Loudoun. The team has been nothing but amazing and helpful. I opted for the person training with Edwin, who has been incredible in getting me back into a healthier lifestyle. If you’re looking for a gym, I highly recommend TFE to anyone

TFE has been a great experience since transitioning from another club that wasn’t a good fit any longe due to corporate initiatives versus focusing on member needs. TFE’s club meets all the fitness requirements for anyone who wants to enter into their own fitness journey.

Love TFE. Very clean and they have so many varieties of equipment. One Loudoun location may not be as large as the Chantilly location, but it is nestled in a wonderful area with shops and businesses. Staff is very pleasant and amenities are great. I left Lifetime because the price was astronomical and kept going up. TFE does not do that!

I have been a member of TFE the past 5+ years, and this facility has consistently exceeded my expectations in every way. Top-notch equipment, incredible and knowledgable staff, and clean and welcoming atmosphere.

As a kinesiology/exercise science student, the staff has been accommodating in easily pausing my membership when I am away at school, and I am always excited to return. I was apprehensive to return after COVID lockdown restrictions were reduced, but the parking garage group workouts, clearly marked social-distancing, and clean equipment made it a safe and comfortable transition. If you are looking for a gym in the Ashburn area, I give TFE my highest recommendation.

We feel TFE is the best gym in all of Ashburn! The owners care about their customers and it shows! The staff is helpful and always very friendly. There is something for everyone no matter what your fitness level might be. Plenty of cardio equipment, free weights, and classes. It’s always well maintained and clean with beautiful dressing/bathroom facilities! We love this gym and have met some very nice members!
