I am a Retired USAF Veteran and I know the meaning of “Great” customer service.

Ms. Maria N. (Assistant General Manager) and Ms. Patrisia L. (Front Desk Manager) gave my Mom, Dad, and I just that; “Exceptional” and “Outstanding” customer service.

They were “Top notch” and made our stay very pleasurable due to our stay attending a funeral.

From step 1 to step 10 they took their time going over all my questions, and gave us an impeccable hotel stay experience; the service we received was “Exemplary”.

The hotel is very clean and welcoming.

My Mom, Dad, and I are 100% satisfied with the quality of service we received while at your Hotel.

We made the best choice by choosing to stay at the Residence Inn by Marriot.

This place was great. The rooms were clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and breakfast was yummy. The only negative was the round about way Google maps took us to get there. The hotel is in a shopping area and Google took us into the parking area and instead of having us turn left at the first stop sign, the most direct route since the hotel is actually to the left of the major store chain it sits next to, maps took us to the right and around the back which, given it was dark and very late, made it somewhat tricky to actually find the hotel.

Great stay! Excellent service and clean rooms. Perfect for traveling with kids. Great breakfast too!

Exceptional Service from Maria Valderramos

I recently had the pleasure of staying here (my 3rd time staying at this location), and I cannot express enough how fortunate I was to have encountered Maria Valderramos, one of the hotel's dedicated staff members. Maria's exceptional service and compassion went above and beyond my expectations, making my stay a truly memorable and comforting experience.

From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by Maria's warm and welcoming smile, which instantly put me at ease after a long and stressful journey of moving my family to another state hundreds f miles away. Little did I know that this encounter would mark the beginning of a truly remarkable stay.

During my stay, I encountered a distressing situation (my uHaul truck broke down) that required I stay over the normal check out time. I approached Maria at the front desk, and without hesitation, she sprang into action. Her professionalism, calm demeanor, and quick thinking were nothing short of impressive. Maria went out of her way to help me and she arranged everything to make sure the hotel was the least of my worries.

What truly set Maria apart was her genuine concern for me and my families well-being. She not only solved the problem efficiently but also took the time to check in on me afterward. I felt like a valued friend who could rely on her in a time of need.

In a world where exceptional customer service can be rare, Maria Valderramos is a shining example of what it means to go above and beyond for guests. Her outstanding professionalism, unwavering dedication, and heartfelt compassion are qualities that every hotel should strive to emulate. Very clean. Renovated rooms. Helpful, friendly staff.

We stay at this hotel several times a year as Woodbridge is about half way between our home and family in upstate NY. Rooms are spacious and clean with couches and small tables as well as a desk. Breakfast is adequate, nothing special. Front desk staff are unfailingly welcoming. The location is excellent, minutes from the 95 ramp in either direction, with gas, Starbucks and restaurants in the immediate area. We look forward to our next road trip stop.

I definitely like the laugh of the Residents Inn. There's something to be said about a full kitchen and they upgraded me to two bedrooms. I'm alone what am I going to do with two bedrooms. Breakfast was pretty average but the staff makes up for it.

Was given early check in for a wedding and very professional and courteous. Marie did a great job on the phone and in person. The room was fantastic, clean with all the amenities you could ask for at no extra charge. And love the fireplace on the reception area too.

This hotel was great for me and my family of four! My husband was working and me and the kids decided to go and stay with him for two weeks. This hotel was wonderful! We of course brought our dog with us too he goes every where with us! The room had everything we needed! We didn't have to go out and eat fast food the whole time we where there because the rooms had very nice kitchenettes in them and where fully furnished with everything we needed! The staff was always nice. Thanks again we will be back this summer! :)

This place became our home during our 3 months stay. The staff was very helpful. They accepted our car from a transporter and placed a visitor sign on the dash two days before our arrival. How awesome is that? Well, very awesome! They accommodated our schedule for house keeping since my husband had to work out of our hotel room. It's also in a great location. We could walk to Micheals, Bed Bath and Beyond, Stone Cold, Starbucks... Great location. Super place. Awesome staff.

The staff is so friendly and extremely helpful, thank you guys for making me feel home away from home. Julie is one of the best front desk people i ever dealt with, outstanding attitude and personality. The facility and the location was perfect for my needs. The room is spacious and comfortable. Having the kitchenette was a plus. Every store and restaurant you can think of within two miles.

The hotel staff was amazing and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and the room was supplied with everything we needed to be comfortable. Our next trip, we ever we go, we will search for the nearest Residence Inn, our new favorite hotel. Our family was very pleased with our roomy home away from home accommodations and the staff was amazing.

They have been very helpful with continuing our stay unexpectedly. They are always happy to provide us with the extra supplies we request. The room was quiet and clean. Improvement could be made on the type of food they provide. Healthier options would be nice. Love the wine and appetizers at happy hour!

The Residence Inn has been a favorite of mine for work related extended stays and the Potomac Mills location lived up to our expectations. We are staying for 30 days and are moving from CA, so we are dependent on the room for substituting as home. The room was spacious and was a studio style with the bed in a nook off of the living room. The kitchen was well equipped with a variety of pots and pans for cooking. A large microwave, 2 burner stove top and fridge were included and helped greatly with meals. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the fridge had an ice maker and the sink had a garbage disposal as well. Breakfast was also included daily and had a good variety of food to pick from. There was also 2 to 3 dinners served a week and included wine and beer. The facilities were also nice with a 24hr gym, laundry and pool/spa area. Complimentary Wireless Internet was fast and connected easily unlike some networks at other hotels we have stayed at. The staff has been friendly and very helpful. The only minor negatives are that the stove top heats very unevenly and I miss having an oven. But on all the major points the Potomac Mills location has been a pleasure to stay at and I will be doing business with the Residence Inn by Marriott in the future.

Dog friendly and has a dog spot behind the building on a steep incline that they can go potty. They have great rooms and it is in a great location. The service was always super friendly and helpful. I only wish there was more outdoor lighting for the dog run. Its very dark at night. The dog run is not easily accessible by elderly or people who have trouble climbing.

The room is clean, large and stocked with a limited set of kitchen tools. The bed is comfortable, but the blankets are very thin. The pool was clean and at a comfortable temperature. My kids loved it. The little Shop was not stocked well all, sadly. The staff I friendly.

Great hotel with friendly attentive staff. Will stay again whenever In the area again.
