Dollar Car Rental - Washington Dc - Dulles International Airport

I love the dollar service, the staff who attends the customer at dulles airport location is sometimes hertz. They are doing there best to satisfy the customers. I was attended by Kamran from hertz and he is very polite and provided staff to clear the snow from car. He didn’t forced me to buy any membership as compared to other rental companies

He given me my favourite car as a free upgrade and made my day.

I wish every time he should be there whenever i take car from hertz or dollar

I had an experience of electric car polestar 2 model which is a ultimate car. I will recommend everyone to pick the car from this location just because the staff is awesome

I rented a car from Newark to IAD, DC with Priceline and got a rental car from dollar. My experience was ‘little satisfied’ since I had get upgrade of almost $60 because they had electric car on basic package and I wasn’t comfortable and experienced with electric car. Which I feel they should keep a different option for electric car.
But, I was very much satisfied with a service when my mother forgot her phone in the car and the had kept it nicely. Thanks to the staff and Aimal Ayoubi for being careful and keeping it safe for us!

I can’t complain; very cheap. Affordable, just have patience.
People are complaining for a car when they are only paying 20 bucks day. I paid 200 week. And im willing to wait if i have to. Im heading rn to get a booked car.
Mileage and engine lights doesnt really matter as long the car is running and drivable. People want a exclusive service over others customers, please use a expensive rental car service not this one which is from the people for the people. If you wanna pretend to be a rich and use a cheap car, you are terrible wrong.

Shaquil and his team at the Dulles (IAD) airport are real professionals. I had a few issues with my original car and they were quick to resolve with another vehicle, and for the minor inconvenience, went out of their way to ensure that everything was absolutely perfect before I left.
I had some issues with external charging stations and was not able to completely charge the vehicle prior to return. When I showed the photos of the charging stations screens with the error codes, they immediately adjusted invoice to ensure that I was not charged for the low battery status. Excellent customer service and professional attention, I would highly recommend this location for your next rental.

Arrived at Dulles, the shuttle was standing by. Was brought to the Dollar counter and greeted by a friendly employee. He asked if I would like any of the additional services, and I declined. He did not pressure me in any way.

The vehicle was brand new, it had only 7 miles on it! Thoroughly enjoyed driving it!!

At the end of my rental, I brought the vehicle back. I made sure to fill up within 10 miles of the drop off location, and had my receipt ready as required by the rental agreement. Check in went smoothly, no drama. Was assisted with loading my luggage on to the shuttle, and dropped off at the airline gates about 10 minutes later.

Overall I am extremely satisfied with my (first) Dollar rental experience.

Good car service. We had a lot of bags, stroller and 2 kids. The shuttle driver (his name is Elchin) was very kind. He helped us to load all our stuff. They didn't have exactly the same car as we ordered, although they proposed a good replacement! Highly recommended.

We rented a van and a car in Dulles, planning to return them in Boston. Cars were in excellent condition, and there is a gas station just down the road for refilling the tank before you return your rental.

They were very helpful with changing our reservation and return location partway through our trip.

We had an underage driver fee so we returned 1 of our 2 cars halfway through the trip and bundled into the big van. The automated billing charged us the full 9 estimated days on the underage driver fee which was a mistake. I explained our situation to the manager Jimmy at the desk in the store and he was happy to fix the mistake by refunding the extra days because we returned it early. Thanks Jimmy!

There is an old man who works at a booking counter at dollar and he is very great guy. He is very hard working, he helped me to get what I want and above and beyond person for dollar. I would definitely recommend that person for his attitude.

I've worked with many car places and I am used to the bait and switch pricing. I never get the car I ordered. In this case I ordered 3, 8 passenger suburbans and I got 7 passenger Yukons with no trunk space. We had the rent a damn car to make sure everyone has a seat. I just want the thing I rented - 20+ teenagers are hard to get around.

No problems at all. Waited about 15-20 minutes for the shuttle bus, which was a bit longer than the other companies. Check in was fast, as was returning the car. Car itself was nice and had under 10,000 miles.

Checked in on 12/20/16 to return vehicle. Due to flight changes I was returning to Dulles instead of another airport as expected (long story). Anyways, Dollar was very accommodating and helped me get same rate as originally booked. The manager came out and personally took care of the confusion and wished me a merry Christmas. Great service. Great experience!

I can truly say that the experiences I have had with Fida, Adel the manager have always provided me with exemplary service. I am a frequent renter and I appreciate the consistant service. Each of them has gone above and beyond normal customer service, even driving me to my bank because I was having some issues with my card. This is the type of service that I will always rave about. Thank you for making an average person feel like a VIP each time I come to see you guys.
