Spine and Orthopedic Solutions

My experience at Spine and Orthopedic Solutions was wonderful. I was treated for a frozen shoulder by Dr. Tim Zelch. He is very professional, highly educated, and personable. Tim is awesome to work with. He understood my condition and provided effective and quality care. Stretching, strengthening, and other therapies have improved my range of motion, and my pain has been reduced. I made significant progress during my three months of treatment, and Tim has provided me with exercises to do at home to further improve my condition.

I received excellent care from Tim. His entire staff is friendly, the facility is very clean, and parking is easy. I highly recommend Tim to anyone who needs physical therapy.

Spine and Orthopedics Solutions is wonderful and I highly recommend it. I started the week before most businesses shut down due to COVID 19. I was worried about the experience but the owner Tim kept the facility extremely clean and spaced out his clients so there was only one client at a time. He provided gloves and masks if you needed them. In addition, he really cares about his patients. He is a great PT and really provided quality care. I am happy to say I am feeling much better!

My experience with Spine and Ortho was amazing! I was in a lot of pain and incredibly uncomfortable and Tim was able to get me on the path to recovery very quickly. He was able to accommodate my schedule and even offered to come in on weekends to help me! And as if that wasn’t enough, Tim allowed me to borrow some of his equipment to take home for a couple weeks to expedite my recovery - he truly went above and beyond in every way and I highly recommend him!

I was referred to this clinic by a pain specialist and I'm glad that I was! The clinic is clean and organized, the hours are flexible, and the staff is a pleasure to work with. Tim is exceptionally knowledgeable and always willing to think outside of the box. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs PT, but wants to be an active part of the treatment plan and more than just a billing code.

I went to Spine and Orthopedics Solutions for help with recovery from a herniated disc in my neck. I'm happy to say that I've made excellent progress with Tim's help and have "graduated" from PT. He took the time to fully understand my injury, where the pain was, and the best methods for recovery. The facility was kept incredibly clean in the midst of this pandemic. I never felt concerned for my health and I was comfortable with all the precautions Tim was taking. I would highly recommend Tim and Spine and Orthopedics Solutions to anyone looking for physical therapy.

I was referred to Tim by my doctor. He is an excellent physical therapist and I’m delighted with my progress. He is very knowledgeable (with education and certifications only a few others possess) and even solved a secondary issue. His facility is clean and inviting and he accepts my insurance. Plus, his hours are flexible enough for my work schedule. I can’t be more pleased and highly recommend him!

I have scoliosis that required surgery many years ago with the insertion of a Harrington rod. Last year for the first time, I began to experience immense pain that affected my activities of daily living, sleep and life in general. I didn’t think I would ever be able to walk without pain again. Tim was amazing to work with, he helped me tremendously to reduce my back pain, increase my mobility and he provided me with life long advice and tools that I can use for pain prevention and management. It was always a pleasure to go to this office, the front staff always met me with a smile and Tim was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I highly recommend this place especially if you are experiencing any type of back pain. They truly care about their patients. Thank you Tim!

This PT facility is the best I have ever been to and I am forever greatful for finding this gem. The facility is extremely clean, organized and the staff is always pleasant and makes you feel welcome. The hours are flexible and I never had an issue booking an appointment. Tim really focused on my specific Post operative needs and gave me a specific regimen that worked for me. He really focused on getting me better the most effective way possible and is very knowledgeable.

I had a great experience with Tim at Spine and Orthopedic Solutions. He's not only a great physical therapist (he is very well up to speed with some of the techniques from the leaders in the therapy world) but was also very welcoming, personable and flexible with his time and schedule. What I particularly liked is that he would spend a lot of time explaining WHY an excise, movement or stretch was important and the bio-mechanics behind it - not just send me out the door with a sheet of things to do like most PTs. We also focused a lot on excises that I liked doing so I was much more likely to continue them at home.

The facility and equipment is spacious, clean and well organized. I had multiple visits during COVID-19 and he was extremely diligent about cleaning, personal space etc. I felt very comfortable with his approach to continuity of our sessions during this time. Can not recommend Spine and Orthopedic Solutions enough!

Tim knows his stuff. He does a great job understanding what you need and crafting a plan to help you achieve your goals. He’s also clever enough to be able to converse about a variety of subjects. That may not seem useful but because his practice is one on one for the whole hour, you gotta be able to talk about stuff. 🙂 The setting is nice and conducive to getting the most out of your time. I unqualifiedly recommend Tim for you physical therapy needs.

I've had back issues for years and have always gone to a chiropractor or acupuncturist for treatment. So, after I herniated a disc and developed sciatica, I went back to the chiropractor. After several visits and weeks without any relief, I found the Spine and Orthopedic Solutions center through an online search for a PT utilizing the McKenzie technique. The PT, Tim Zelch, immediately identified the source of the pain and we started a regimen tailored for me. I was astonished that after the second visit I was virtually pain free. He took the time to explain to me what was causing the pain and what I could do, and what not to do, to keep the pain at bay. I'm following all his recommendations to minimize the chances of it recurring and on the road to recovery. I'm truly grateful I found him.

Where I got professional, direct, and effective care. Especially during the Covid-19 pandemic ，they did extra cleaning and protection, which made me feel very safe and assured. I had a great experience and would recommend Spine and Orthopedic Solutions.

I primarily worked under the care of Dr. Canfield, and was initially treated by Dr. Zelch for my lower back pain that I had been experiencing for months. I highly recommend this office and experienced nothing but attentive, professional, and effective care while being treated here. I was never pushed to pursue invasive treatments I was uncomfortable with. Dr. Canfield was persistent in helping me get back to the level of function I needed to be able to continue working for the fire department.

Walked into Spine and Orthopedic solutions with a herniated C7. I had experienced 6 months of numbness and weakness in my right arm and noticeable loss of muscle mass. I had gotten 2 separate opinions from 2 neurosurgeons. Both surgeons told me that surgery was likely needed but I should go to physical therapy as the first course of action. I did my research and picked Dr Zelch from Spine and Orthopedic solutions. I am so grateful to say that today I am 90% better and with the progress made, surgery is off the table. Highly recommend. I was skeptical at first thinking physical therapy would just be checking a box for the next step in a long road to recovery but I was wrong. Let Dr. Zelch try to help you before going the surgery route!

From the beginning to the end of my treatment, Dr.Ashley Canfield concentrated on allieviating my pains.

I now am able to stand up straight and a great deal of my pain has diminished. I have also have a lot more mobility and my self esteem has increased.
