For Mother’s Day, I received the most exquisite bouquet of flowers that my daughter ordered from Open Blooms. The flowers were all healthy and very fresh and, as the photo shows, the colors are magnificent. They still look as beautiful today as they were when I received them four days ago.

I ordered a mother's day bouquet to be delivered to my boyfriend's mom. A few days before mother's day I received an email stating that unfortunately they could not find a florist in the area to fulfill the order, but they had another florist that could fulfill and overnight. They said they would try to send a bouquet as similar as possible, even if that meant an upgrade free of charge. Well, I could not be happier with the result. The flowers they sent may have been even more beautiful than the bouquet I originally ordered! Open Blooms will now be my go to flower delivery company!

I have to say, this has been the only flower shop that I have loved so far, from great prices and beautiful arrangements. I have ordered twice within a month from them because I was so amazed that both times the arrangements looked just like the pictures. I really do appreciate their eye for detail and their customer service.OpenBlooms will be my go to flower shop in Virginia from now on. Highly recommend this place.

Loved the flowers sent to my friend across the country! (Have to trust that flowers will match what you choose…) Customer service was so pleasant and easy to communicate wit. Again, flowers were more beautiful than I could have hope for!!

OpenBlooms created a beautiful arrangement same-day for our friends who had just said goodbye to their beloved pup, Sabrina. Here’s a picture we received of the flowers on Sabrina’s very empty dog bed. We’re pleased that OpenBlooms was able to deliver a lovely arrangement on such short notice.

Heads up on logistics: the email confirming delivery went to my spam folder, so be sure to check there. Also, I used the back button to edit my note for the card and in doing so lost it altogether, so our friends didn’t know the flowers were from us. I contacted OpenBlooms, thinking there was a delay, and received a very quick response helping us figure out what happened.

Ordered flowers to send my best friend to brighten her day after the loss of a pet. I live in Florida and did some research to try to find a florist in her area instead of using a big floral chain website. I was NOT disappointed with this local florist. Delivery was prompt and the flowers were unique and beautiful (not like the typical cheaper arrangements from the big websites). My friend loved them and I was very pleased with the product and service!

Looked online for a floral company close to the recipient’s home in Falls Church, VA. Easy to order, delivered the same day, and the flowers were beautiful.

They did a wonderful job!! I ordered flowers as a surprise and found out the delivery date the recipient wasn’t going to be at the location anymore. Open blooms worked with me and got it to her without a problem thank you so much for all of your help and she loved the bouquet!!!!

Open Blooms went above and beyond with my flower order gift. Initially I requested if available, that peach colored flowers be incorporated into the white and green arrangement I ordered online. I wasn't counting on it of course, as my note said "if available" The arrangement was delivered to my sister and was the standard white and green. It was very beautiful and she loved it. To our surprise the very next day she received a whole new arrangement with lots of peach flowers and it was gorgeous! The card said, we wanted to make things right and please accept this replacement arrangement as our apology. I couldn't believe it. Such a nice gesture. She loved admiring two beautiful arrangements in her home all week. I was/am impressed. It's rare these days to see a company and it's staff care enough to go the extra mile to ensure a customer has an amazing experience and use the opportunity to make a lasting impression. Well done. Very accommodating service: OpenBlooms were honest both about the delayed delivery time (and refunded my expedited charges as a result), as well as open that the arrangement may not be exactly aligned with the photo on-line. The end result was a stunning replacement. Appreciate the honesty and good service!

Open Blooms has beautiful arrangements to choose from, and at really affordable prices for what they are! I placed an order online and they were able to put the arrangement together and deliver next-day. Would absolutely order from them again!

The system glitched and sent the bouquet I ordered to me instead of the address I plugged in. Open Blooms was understanding and helpful in sending a whole new bouquet to the correct address at no cost. Customer service was outstanding not to mention the flowers were gorgeous! I'd give another star if I could.

The bouquet I ordered arrived on time, arranged in a vase, and was hand delivered to the recipient. This experience was so much better for them vs. other delivery bouquet options because the recipient didn't have to do any labor (unboxing, pruning, finding a vase, etc). The blooms were beautiful and many were not yet opened, so she'll get to enjoy them for a long time!

I actually received an incorrect bouquet (I made a change order and they delivered the original bouquet) but they sent the right one out on the next business day with a refund. I will order from them again because of their care during delivery and customer service!
