I went in for a new patient cleaning and x-ray. I was anxious about seeing a dentist as I was overdue for a cleaning but the staff was very kind and efficient. Dr. Kassem explained what he saw and what he was doing every step of the way, always checking that I was comfortable thought I had no pain throughout my cleaning. They saw me right at my appointment time and I was out of there in under an hour. I would recommend this office to anyone in the area

I told Dr. Kassem I was nervous going in because I hate Novacaine shots. He gave me the time I needed to feel comfortable. He kept asking if I was OK through the whole visit. I had no pain whatsoever. Dr. Kassem’s bedside manner is excellent! I love Riverside dental!

Dr. Kassem has been my dentist for over 12 years and he's an exceptional dentist who I trust with all my dental care needs. He's patient and listens to my concerns. I no longer work close to his office but I still drive nearly an hour to see him, because he's worth the drive. The office staff and the other dentist at his practice are great, too!

Dr.Kassem is the best. He's super understanding, patient and accommodating when it comes to patients like myself with high anxiety due to prior experiences. He knocked out that anxiety immediately with the way he approaches the treatment. I didn't feel anything except twice and it was immediately addressed and fixed with the utmost compassion. Highly 100% recommend. Front desk, Yesenia, is super helpful, sweet and patient.

I have been seeing Dr. K for a couple years now and I am very pleased with his service. The office is nice. The front office folks are nice. The DA is also very nice. I like Dr K as a person too because he is easy to talk to and joke with and he makes me feel very at ease while in the chair. I intend to stick with him for dental issues for some time to come. I’ve been going to Dr. Kassem’s dental office for over a decade. He’s friendly. well versed, thorough, gentle, and an all-around excellent dentist. He takes his time with his patients so you feel like you’re a person rather than a number. He also has a slow and steady approach to dentistry rather than recommending unnecessary cosmetic work. At the same time, his cosmetic work is great. I’ve had fillings, bonding, a root canal, and a titanium implant done with him.

His new facility is very nice with state of the art equipment. His assistants and front desk staff are universally friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!

I have had many good experiences with Dr. Kaseem ranging from dental work, discussions about dental work and general conversations in the office regarding day to day life. Whenever I come in I feel welcomed which likely has allot to do with the upbeat state in which I usually leave his office. Any questions I have posed have been answered/clarified with patience and I have not felt pushed for any additional dental services that could be offered/recommended.
More importantly the dental work performed at Riverside Dental Family.. has been excellent so far. I have received several cleanings, a filling put in and will be having others replaced in the future. Each time I was informed and provided helpful information on the procedure, the reason/need for the procedure and any possible alternatives. In addition, when we first came to Riverside Dental my son had a spacer that was his previous dentist could not get to stay on. We had gone in two times to have it put on with his previous dentist and my son was in quiet allot of pain. After the spacer fell of the last time we came to Riverside Dental and my son's spacer was put on with little pain/issue and stayed on for a whole two years before needing to be removed when his adult teeth came in.
I am very happy with the service I have received so far and will continue to visit their office for any future dental procedures.

Always a pleasant experience, friendly staff and physician. Appreciate the service and the follow ups to let me know when I am overdue for a cleaning and they go a bit further to text about cancellations I can fill when overdue. How nice! Very convenient they offer texting and emailing with always a very fast response time. Highly recommend this practice.
