Residence Inn by Marriott Dulles Airport at Dulles 28 Centre

10/10 all around!!! I lived here for about a month and it was a great experience. The amenities were just what I needed to live comfortably. What’s more, the front desk and breakfast staff members were the friendliest, most helpful people. They really care about thier residents. Not to mention the breakfast was absolutely delicious everyday. Many amenities around the property made the whole experience an A+.

Kim’s keen sense of attention to detail ensured I was in a quiet clean room away from the elevators. That teamwork along with the kindness was top-notch! I’ll be coming back. The hotel also has a gorgeous lobby!

Rooms and amenities are perfectly fine, but the service is exceptional. Everyone on staff is super friendly and helpful, answering a lot of questions before we arrived and kind and helpful everyday we were there, from the front desk to the kitchen staff to the shuttle driver.

This has been by far the best hotel I have ever been for work purposes. It has a full kitchen and all the acomodations you could possibly need. The shuttle’s service is excellent and the employee’s kindess unremarkable. I would recommend this hotel a hundred times!

We came here last month after finishing out some business in Pennsylvania, and were hoping to tour D.C. over three days, but our business took a day longer than we thought, and we wound up with only two nights here and one day to tour D.C. For starters, this is a VERY NICE hotel, and normally it would be out of our price range, but we came during Christmas week so it was affordable. Residence Inn has a full kitchen instead of the somewhat nerfed one than its cousin TownePlace (which is where we stayed in Pennsylvania); as it turned out, we did not use the kitchen as much as I anticipated. I like the way the room was arranged, you can move the TV to either face the couch or the bed. The pillows were what seems to be standard Mariott soft jelly, which I hate and did not make for a comfortable sleep.
There was weird and tonally inconsistent wall art in the room. There's a question of whether Marriott is providing hypo-allergenic soap, as my girlfriend did break out after using the hotel soap on her hands. And the breakfast was uneven in quality. The worst item were these little sausages where the casing was coming off of them because of the steam that had built up within the serving platter. On the other hand, they serve spiced apple cider in the evening and it is EXCELLENT. And I've never encountered staff in any hotel that were more polite than these here. That politeness, combined with the cleanliness and the spaciousness, make up for any of the deficiencies I've mentioned, and I would definitely consider staying here again if I were in the area.

I love this hotel. It’s clean, beautifully maintained, and well-staffed with pleasant people. If you choose this hotel, not to worry. It's like all Marriotts used to be.
It’s a corporate hotel so Marriott Corporate still cares about it. I have favored Marriott properties for years, earn points for them on my credit card. But then poor experiences began to chip away at high expectations. Finally realized the declining Marriotts I stayed in are franchised Marriotts. Coincidence?

I can’t find anything wrong with this hotel. It’s not only beautifully appointed and comes with impeccable service, but you can tell they paid close attention to small details. For example, the doors are heavy and don’t squeak. Walls are sound proofed. The water pressure in the shower is perfect. The bed doesn’t move when your significant other gets up in the middle of the night. Everything has been addressed. I’m not a fan of the Washington DC area, but I honestly wish I could stay here longer. Its so nice. Good job Marriott.

Amazing staff, great location to IAD, has a Target, a grocery store, and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Very convenient to Life Time gym Loudoun, and has a shuttle that you can reserve for local / airport transport. Clean rooms, quiet property. Great value!

Peaceful, clean hotel with close vicinity to shopping. Breakfast is very decent and complimentary.

This was a nice hotel! It’s conveniently located near shopping for food and clothes. The staff was friendly. I really appreciate the fact that they offer other meat items for breakfast aside from pork. They had this veggie crisp that was good. And also this jalapeño egg bake thing. They were both good. Breakfast changes every day so that’s good. The oatmeal was inconsistent but it was still edible lol. Like I said before, this is a good place to stay.

Everything is convenient to this location! Food, stores, and supermarket. Also very close to the airport. Shuttle provided, frequent housekeeping, and friendly staff. During breakfast the servers are super friendly, welcoming, and nice! Really enjoying my stay! I wished they had mobile key for access and maybe an oven.

We used this hotel as part of our wedding block and we had a fantastic time! Not only does the hotel have a pool, hot tub, billiards room, putting green, and free continental breakfast, they are only 10 minutes from Dulles airport and located within a shopping plaza! They were able to provide shuttles to and from the airport as requested, and they helped provide some shuttles on our wedding day. The corporate Marriott person put in charge of handling our room block wasn’t very helpful, basically told us “no” to many of our requests, and was not very accommodating. However, when we spoke to the hotel staff directly they helped in any possible way they could! They were very accommodating and made our stay stress-free. Additionally, when there was a medical emergency with one of our guests, Fatima went above and beyond to help our family manage their needs and extend their stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for events requiring a room block, or just for a typical hotel stay.

I’ve been to Marriotts all over the world and this is up there as one of the best. The property and rooms are absolutely spotless, it’s a great location with plenty of walkable options, rooms were extremely well kept and everything worked.

If you just want to hang out there’s a billiards room and plenty of property space to get out of the room if you want.

THIS is the place to stay if you have a flight leaving from Dulles.

Stayed here on a business trip and had a fantastic experience. Incredibly clean, comfortable and courteous! Delicious breakfast buffet. Hope to return to this area again to stay here. Close proximity to restaurants, shopping and complimentary shuttle to metro which goes directly into DC on the silver line. Super easy! Highly recommend this hotel 👍

This is my favorite hotel in the area. I’ve been coming here for a few years now whenever I want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life in dc. The staff is phenomenal and so welcoming. The rooms are so comfortable and cozy. The breakfast is spectacular and the breakfast crew is so sweet and welcoming. There are a lot of Restaurants nearby in walking distance. Also it is very close to Leesburg, the Leesburg outlet and wineries. Love this place!

Have to say. As a weekly traveler and stying in similar types of properties. this was one of the best experiences I've had.. Room great, location great.. Best part.. your staff at front desk was awesome.. nicest people around.. I stayed 5/16.. Do what you can to keep good people like that.

Wonderful hotel and staff. Can't wait to stay there again. Suite was clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. Very quiet but convenient to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend this property!

Nice hotel. Clean room. Room service is every day now. Nice to have a suite and basic kitchen. Location very convenient. Can access several places to eat and shop with no need to drive. For destinations within a few miles, the free shuttle is very convenient. Decent included breakfast.
