DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

I purchased black white shoes from DSW at $64.99. Shoes are awesome & comfortable. Apart from that i liked the Interior of DSW.

Wow it's been too long since I stopped by to check out the brands . My sketchers I bought At Leesburg outlets were more expensive than the ones here by over 12.00. Many other brands like Nike for men and women

This place is great for men and women and kids and anything in between!

They have a huge selection and are always willing to help. The checkout goes by super fast and they always have a great clearance section!

I’m crazy about shoes and this place always has new styles I don’t have. The only problem is that I have to choose which ones to put back for next time, but still can purchase multiple pairs from the great prices, sales and rewards. I also had m help and customer service from Meghan. She was friendly and helpful. Thank you Meghan! I will be back!

Huge store! Large variety of shoes with plenty of options. Service is usually around to help if not it's not hard getting a hold of someone. Now if only they would add a section of shoes that would help me jump higher.

I just came from the store and received assistance from the store manager Nathan. He assisted me with a return but his customer service and genuine willingness to help absolutely made my day! Another staff member brought me a bag to help me carry my shoes and I appreciate that he found a need in me and stepped up to fill it 😊. With all this chaos going on in the world I’m reminded that basic decency and respect and a smile are not lost and go a loooooong way! Thank you to all the DSW staff for your superior customer service!

There had been a mix up and the shoe I needed was missing it’s other shoe. Mike, an employee, helped me scour the entire store for the missing shoe but we could not locate it. Mike was able to locate the the shoes I needed at a nearby store. He went above and beyond and drove himself to that store to bring me the pair of shoes the next day. He offered a coupon to me for all the trouble. That is customer service that cannot be beat!

Good place for womens shoes. Men? Not so much. It gets smaller each year. Still 5 stars for women shoes.
