Hyatt House Sterling/Dulles Airport-North

Emergency stay following a flight cancellation. What a relief to have such fantastic service from the airport shuttle driver all the way to the front desk staff. Smooth as silk from beginning to end. Easy access to Dulles Airport and very affordable. Thanks for rescuing a VERY stressful night for me.

The staff was great and they were so friendly and helpful. Took the metro into town and they would pick us up at the airport or drop us off without problem. Never really had an issue that they could solve. They even folded our jersey when they made the bed and put our daughter’s stuffed dog on it nicely. Great job done by all!

Excellent place for accommodation and BQT event. Cassie, the bartender, was excellent and top-notch service, given we enjoyed being at Hyatt Place.

The General Manager, Mr. Dan, is very professional and attentive. Quickly respond to any email inquiries prior to checkin, throughout the stay and after checkout. All the men at the front desk were polite and caring. The shuttle service men were kind.

The breakfast is more than enough for daily needs (fruits, proteins, milk, bread) and the room is spacious and clean.

We decided to stop halfway from Nags Head home for the night. I couldn't have picked a better spot! Jessy working the desk was very professional. Someone I would certainly wish I had at my hotel! Smelled fresh and clean from the moment we walked in. Sold out location, and I'm glad I was able to make a last-minute booking with my associate rate. We were upgraded to a room with a kitchenette and couldn't be more thankful. We are traveling with food, and this was more than helpful before resuming our trip home to Canton, Ohio. Also very glad we were able to get a load of laundry complete on the way home. The hallways are clean, the room is perfect, all facilities are nice, clean and in perfect working order. This is why I love working and staying with Hyatt! 5-star location!

I would live in this hotel if it was an option. Love, love, love the staff! Great breakfast and all the necessities to feel like you are home. Really spacious cozy room. Best free breakfast in town. Plus it’s pet friendly. Located near a Sheetz gas station which is plus definitely check them out

We forgot a backpack in the hotel's airport shuttle van, and had already left the area. Calling the front desk, they investigated and quickly found it, called me back, took down my address and the GM, Mr. Dan, shipped it right the next day. And while I offered to pay for shipping, they did it free of charge. Thank you.

I've been to this hotel multiple times over two years and always have a great time here. The rooms are well taken care of, and the staff at the desk are always polite and respectful. The management there is also always helpful if u have any trouble with your reservation or need information.

We stayed on two separate stays, where we went to Richmond in between stays. We stayed in studio double double room. First time we stayed, we stayed for a night on the 5th floor. The room was very nice and clean. We are quite sure this was recently renovated. The kitchen was nice and clean. Bathroom was also nice and clean. Those are two spots that usually would show if it is dirty, but we definitely feel it is very clean and recently renovated. However, the first stay here, with this being pet friendly hotel and we have family members that is usually more sensitive to smell, we think that previous guest may have had pet in the room and we felt that room has a strong dog smells. Since it was only for a night, we didn't try to switch room. Beside that, it was really nice stay.

The second stay, we was originally assigned the same room after digital check-in. I called the hotel before arriving and was switched to room on the 1st floor, still a studio double double room. Similar to original stay, it was very clean and nice and this time is no smell. We felt comfortable even though it was on the first floor, when our preference is usually on the higher floor. But this was the only room available for the same room type for the 2 nights stay.

Location was good, close to where we want to go during this trip. The breakfast is ok, typical for Hyatt House. Nothing special and acceptable as long as you know the expectation for Hyatt House breakfast.

Overall, we like the hotel and would recommend this hotel for stay here Dulles airport.

You can chrome cast to the TV, staff very friendly, decent breakfast. The kitchenette was stocked with everything you'd need. I was visiting my father from out of state we met halfway between us so I had brought a baked ziti and sald stuff to last us through the weekend. Stove was great, dishwasher, everything you'd need. They have a great tea and coffee selection in the lobby along with ice water which was nice after a long drive. I think this will be the meeting point for my dad and I going forward to save on eating out. The room was excellent the pullout sofa was comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. We asked for extra pillows and heavy blanket. Very clean.

Good clean rooms , has a mini kitchette full size refrigerator and microwave, in house laundry room and fitness room , outdoor pool . Just a few mins from the airport .

What matters most to me is how I'm treated (Smile)🤗 Every employee I encountered at Hyatt House Dulles went beyond my expectations! My 4 day stay was comfortable and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond experiences I've had at major hotels Bravo👍🏼food was good & rooms were clean and cozy

Hotel and room were very clean. We stayed here for 11 nights while our daughter was being seen at the Heart Institue. We used the pool several times. Pool was nice but could be cleaned more often. During our 11 night stay we never heard any noises from above below or outside our room. Very quite at night. Only downside, and I wouldn't let this stop you from staying here, just more of something to be aware of. There is a hotel next to this one that seems to have a rougher crowd . First night, we caught a man looking into our truck. When we asked him if we could help him, he stated talking crazy talk that made no sense then started threatening my husband. Police were called. He started fighting with the officer, and was taken to jail. That was the only incident we had but saw many others from hotel next to us walking around our parking lot at night. Just watch and beware. But, this hotel is well kept and we would stay again.

I can’t say enough fantastic comments about the Hyatt House. I stayed here for a little over a month. My suite was nice, spacious, and had a beautiful view. A Big Thank You to the general manager, Monica Gould, Director, Freddy Sanchez, housekeeping, and the entire front desk staff for all of the accommodations. I appreciated everything. Me and family had a wonderful time staying here. Outstanding customer service. Staff made us feel right at home🙂

Absolutely wonderful and comfortable stay! Room was big and bathroom was a great size! Very big. The rain shower was outstanding!

The only thing I did not like was the pork sausage for breakfast. They need Turkey or Beef Sausage! This is a multi-cultural area and for health and religious reasons many people don't eat pork.

A perfect location if you are looking to stay near the airport. My husband and I stayed here for 1 night toward the end of our trip in DC/VA. It was absolutely wonderful. The hotel looks like a studio apartment with a small kitchenette, couch, TV, and a work space that can be doubled as an island/dining table. It feels like a home and definitely much bigger than a regular hotel room. The check-in process was smooth and easy. The room was cleanly prepared and quiet. The pool is relatively small but if the temperature that day was higher, I would have used it along with the jacuzzi. Breakfast is included in the price and it was one of the top quality breakfasts I've ever had. Our trip was nicely completed with the complimentary airport shuttle. We'll recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very good hotel neat and clean premises all facilities are available in room sufficient space to adjust three adults reasonable room charges very good surrounding adequate parking space very near to airport one must stay here
