I have to jump from pharmacy to pharmacy to get the reduced goodrx rate. They are the ONLY pharmacy in the whole area that doesn’t have issues with it, dont complain about having to redo the prescription with the code and really the only pharmacy where they are always helpful and friendly. This is definitely my favorite pharmacy and I now drive 40min just to go to this pharmacy.

The pharmacy service at this location is simply the best. It's diligent, efficient and great followup. The staff is caring and Kaitlin is particularly exceptional.

Lost in the sauce. I had a prescription forwarded to Walmart to be filled. I called the automated line, which days it'd be ready on Thursday. It wasn't. I went back on Friday only to find out that NO Walmart carries that drug (even though the automated line said it'd be ready after 6PM). What a circus.

I've been going here about 2 years. I've not had issues with the phone-they answer.
Certainly not tremendous customer service, but for the most part has been OK. I originally went to Walmart pharmacy because I paid out of pocket initially and they're one of the less expensive around. I've had some frustrating times but really, I don't feel it's terrible. When a new staff member joins I believe they are barely trained at all and others seem to take their time before helping new staff while you stand there. That's about it. They do know me at this point so possibly that may help.

Pharmacy customer service is lacking, they hung up on me after refusing to answer my questions about my ADD medication.

I took my car in for a tire repair. The repair couldn't be done, and I understand why. BUT... when I got in my car there were black greasy fingerprints (10X) up and down the post at the windshield. Apparently the mechanic had to pull himself in and out of the car with very dirty hands. The chrome valve stem cover I installed the day before was replaced by a plain black rubber one. The wheel cover was not properly installed and damaged by forcing it on in the wrong orientation. The tire was removed from the rim and marked for reinstall. Great practice IF you reinstall the tire where the mark allows it to be reinstalled in the same place it came off. Sadly, the mark was 3 inches away from where it should have been, totally compromising the balance of the tire and wheel. Terrible work. The "certified" mechanics are not certified at all. At least there is no evidence of certification other than their Wal-Mart picture on the wall. I will never take a car to them again. I don't know if all Wal Marts are like this, but Leesburg should be avoided if you want quality care and service for your vehicle.
