AT&T Store

This AT&T store was so helpful and went above and beyond for us. Diana was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly how to fix our problems with a new cell phone. She was so patient & took great care in helping us. Absolutely wonderful customer service.

Stopped in to transfer from old device to new phone and team was super attentive, professional and friendly! Store was not busy and it’s way easier to get to than the one in The Village. Was really impressed with David the Manager. If you need a new phone plan, new device, help troubleshooting, etc - I strongly suggest this store!

David Washington is the store manager and gave nothing less than excellent customer service. He is short handed but still managed to keep customers moving by multitasking. He was persistent in trying to assist us with getting our issue resolved despite issues from the ATT corporate office at every turn. He is a perfect example of what customer service SHOULD be!

Had a complicated transaction that Diana spent 2+ hours to get resolved for me. I appreciate the time and effort that went into my visit! Shout out to David the store manager too.

Very impressed with this new location. I went to 3 wireless stores yesterday (1 Verizon and 2 AT&T). Mo and Jake’s customer service at this location was indisputably unmatched. They addressed me immediately upon arrival, situated my son with some cartoons while immediately diving into my tech issues. They went far above and beyond what I expected, especially based off the first 2 stops, and are very well connected in the area which proved to be helpful to get my issues addressed same day despite my 7pm arrival.

I’ll be back when it’s time for my wife’s upgrade or with any issues along the way. Great team - highly recommend!
