A truly great experience from start to finish with experienced and knowledgeable staff. Starting off with Hana in labor and delivery, thank you for being fantastic in the short time we spent together. Our entire timeline for labor quickly changed and she made me feel so calm and reassured it was all going to be OK. The epidural performed by Mandy was quick and painless - so grateful to her for the quick pain relief!

When we moved to postpartum, we worked with Bibianna, Alyssa, and Dora who were all amazing nurses. A special shout out to Dora, we spent the most time with her and just adored her. She was incredibly kind and you can tell she truly takes pride in what she does.

The rooms at Inova are AMAZING compared to other hospitals I've seen, and that in itself made the experience so much more comforting during the stay.

Thank you to all of the staff for everything! Hopefully we will be back in a few years for baby #2!

We had a great experience with the birth of our first child here. Everyone (from nurses, techs, the pediatricians, and cafeteria staff) was lovely and helpful! We had a planned C-section with an OB from Capital Women's Care. Cafeteria food was better than expected, there's a decent bed for partners to sleep (at least better than a chair), and there's a nursery if you need a quick reprieve.

We had a wonderful experience at the Birthing Inn. As this was our first baby we were scared and excited. The nurses, doctors, food staff, photographer and patient registration made our two day staff wonderful. The anesthesiologist that performed my epidural made me feel comfortable and gave me all of the information I needed regarding the process. After our daughter was born we had round the clock excellent care. Our RN Evie was wonderful, making sure we had food late at night, helping with my postpartum self care and checking on our baby. We were also very impressed with Idalena in patient registration. She processed everything thoroughly and explained all of our insurance questions and the hospital bill. Another thing we were very impressed with was the quick and delicious food service three times a day. The menu was diverse and provide a lot of options. If a second baby is in our future we plan to deliver here again and highly recommend to all families.

I just had my baby and recovered at the Birthing Inn. I had an amazing experience and cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and the level of care we received. This was our first baby, and the nurses truly became part of our family by the end of our stay. I had an emergency c-section and the doctors, anesthesiologists, and all the nurses were superb. The nurses truly made our newborn feel safe and comforted and connected with him like their own. I loved that they had a massage for us, a photographer, and even a person to help with stamps of our baby’s feet. The nurses helped me do everything, managed my pain, and spent a long time with us answering all of our questions and getting to know us as people. I was sad to say bye when I got discharged! I also love that the nurse leader, Cindy, checked in with us twice to see how everything was going. No one was ever rushed and always spent a ton of time with us. A special shout out to Beth, Minna, Jessica, and Theresa who made us feel so special and loved and gave us time to sleep when we were so sleep deprived. They treated our son like their own son/grandson and I love that they always held him. We also had great food service everyday and a chair pulled into a bed for my husband. All the rooms were private and very clean. Much better than I envisioned a hospital room to be. The birthing Inn was very intimate and they had snacks for us including popsicles and coffee around the clock. I seriously had such an amazing experience and will always remember our time there.

I had a very good experience here. I had a C-section with Dr. Tyan who is excellent. The entire surgical team from nurses to techs to assistants to the surgeon himself was so companionate and professional.

Our stay in the postpartum unit was also great. The nurses were some of the most amazing and caring women I have ever met. Once we got home I was googling if I could check back into the hospital because I missed them lol. The hospital itself is modern, clean, with nice amenities, etc.

My baby and I received excellent care, and haven’t gotten any surprises billing wise post-birth.

I definitely recommend Dr. Tyan at Capital Women’s Care and giving birth at Loudoun Hospital.

I was being seen at capital woman’s care division 67 for my pregnancy. I was nervous throughout my appointments because I was originally told to go to Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington, VA to give birth. I had a lot of fears and concerns because I was told a resident doctor would be delivering my son. Not knowing who would be taking care of my son and I made me really nervous.

about a week or so from giving birth I met Dr. Tyan and Dr. Hawa. When I met Dr. Tyan I felt a lot safer and confident in giving birth. He assured me he had already looked at my medical records. He was well aware of the amount of bleed after giving birth and assured me it would either be himself or Dr. Hawa delivering my son. Actually seeing the face to the doctor that would be taking care of us was extremely reassuring. Dr. Tyan talked to me about Inova Loudoun Hospital and went over all the information with me. I went home that night and researched the hospital and made my mind up I wanted to go to that hospital.

My next appointment I met Dr. Hawa and I voiced my concern about the distance from my house to the hospital, an hour. He talked to me about induction, my options for it and it was completely up to me. I never felt pressured or pushed into a decision. Ultimately I said yes to the induction because I did not want to go into labor and not make it to the hospital. I’ll forever be grateful for him giving me that option. (3rd baby problems lol)

My time at Inova Loudoun Hospital was amazing! My nurses listened to me the whole time. Took me seriously, and listened to my concerns. My two nurses had very good bedside manners and I felt safe while laboring. I couldn’t have asked for a better support team then my doctor and nurses. I’ll never forget this birth experience and this time it will be because of a great experience. Not a scary one like my previous births.

My induction at the Birthing Inn was amazing. All of my nurses were so attentive from the moment we walked in until discharging us to go home. The staff was so friendly and showed they cared. All the doctors that came in also made us feel very comfortable from anesthesia to the doctors that did rounds as pediatrics since my chosen pediatrician doesn’t do rounds at the Birthing Inn. Thank you to our wonderful nurses , Amezia,Mary, Laura, Kanya, Dani, Katyna and Shelly. Huge thanks to my doctor, Dr. Michelle Roberts-Borden for a smooth and quick delivery. Also Dr. Thompson and Rachel Horne.

The Birthing Inn is perfect! The entire staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They are there to help you and also give you space to do things on your own. You have the option to use the nursery at night so you can get some rest or you can have you baby sleep in your room. From check in to check out we were incredibly happy with the care both Mom and baby received! Our nurses were Tatiana and Doan, they were THE BEST.

Our experience at the Birthday Inn could not have gone better. They were beyond friendly, caring, and helpful. Chris was attentive and supportive all night into the morning hours and we were sad to see her shift end. Our baby was born in August and I am just now thinking to write this, but I hope she is still working their and happens to be on duty when we go back the next time.

Some of the nurses were fantastic and so helpful, they tried their best to keep you comfortable and educate you…others not so much. Some have little idea what they are doing and will go back and forth trying to figure it out for you which is nice but it prolongs your stay there because they are so slow to get things done. It took us 8 hours to be discharged, part because of the doctor which is understandable but then depending on your discharge nurse, will not have your paperwork ready for you to be done at once but drag it out for hours after the doctor’s check. So if they tell you that you’ll be out by noon, or might but more around early evening.
