From repair and preparation to installation of our new metal roof, every aspect of their performance was outstanding. We also used them to repaint our house and replace all of our gutters. Our "new" home looks great!

I needed to have some facial board wood removed and replaced around my flat roof porch because wood had rotten. I also needed to have my damaged dryer vent replaced. I googled facial board replacement and chose JJ Quality Builders of the Palm Beaches. Bob came out and gave me an estimate and a couple of days later the work began on October 3, 2023. I’m so happy to have chosen this company because of the quality and professional work I received from JJ builders. Not only were they good quality workers, the company treated me as a customer with the utmost respect and appreciation. My best friend who lives down the street from me came over and seen the worked I received and hired them to do her roof also. We needed a roof replacement for our standalone garage and repairs for our main structure. We went with JJ Quality Builders because of their great online reviews and the fact that they are local. We are not disappointed.

Despite all the twists and turns that come along with permitting and trying to find materials post-COVID, Tyler and crew were very upfront, honest and responsive when issues came up. Danny knocked on my door from JJ quality builders he told me that they were working on the roof around the corner which turned out to be true believe it or not! Danny then advises me that he could replace our roof and add gutters for the price that other roofing companies were given just to replace the tiles. After we agreed to get a roof from JJ quality builders we were greeted by their wonderful office staff. Taylor and Tyler has been a pleasure to talk to as well both of whom answered and returned my calls whenever I had a question comment or concern all were courteous. Even during the lumber shortage and the price hikes JJ quality builders still honored their contract prices. Danny checked up and and to tell us what to expect step by step on the project and called to ensure I was getting everything we agreed upon. Many of us have concerns when hiring a contractor, and rightfully so, but JJ was truly exceptional from start to finish. I appreciated their consistent professionalism, they were proactive in communication, always in touch informing me of the progress and next steps, and fast response for any questions. So nice not having to chase a contractor! Even after hurricane Ian hit. My new metal roof was done well and they cleaned up perfectly. Personal thanks to John, Tyler, Jennifer, Danny and the rest of the team for making this a smooth and successful project.

From start to finish JJ Quality Builders performed outstanding work replacing my roof and handled all dealings with my Insurance company. I was kept informed through out the entire process. They also placed tarps around the entire house and even covered the pool with plastic to catch any construction material. I didn't find a single nail or any debris when they finished the roof. I want to personally thank all members of the JJ Quality Builders Team for their quality work and the amazing new roof I now have protecting my family and home. Our 22 year old roof was showing signs of wear & tear and small water stains we starting to form on our ceilings after the last pressure cleaning so we decided we needed a new roof.
I contacted several companies for bids and all we fairly close to one another but decided to go with JJ Quality Builders after not only being very impressed with their professional approach when sitting down and going over options for price and materials but the many positive reviews they received online.
My feeling could not have been more correct, the entire staff from start to finish were excellent in every way. The installation crew, the project Mgr Mike Swietanski, all the people working in the office. They all were there to help make sure everything was done right and on time from start to finish. Even when Covid first hit, they were always in communication giving us updates on progress.
I want to give a special thanks to Taylor and Tyler for being there to always help me with any questions or concerns...and to Rubin, dude you are a star !
The quality of work far exceeded my expectations and we could not be more pleased...also the gutter company JJ Builders uses were fantastic. We had all new gutters replaced around the house which came out beautiful.....I can't tell you how many positive compliments we have received from our neighbors on our new roof and gutter system.

James at JJ Quality builders of the Palm Beachs was extremly helpful with my special situation regarding the re-roofing process of my home. I had many questions and worries but James and his team was patient and seemed very genuine in answering all my questions and concerns. You won't be disappointed, give JJ Builders a call!

I found JJ Quality during a search on the web. Had about six face to face meetings with reps prior to the work that gave me the impression that I made the right choice of roofers. Work was done on time as promised. Workers were polite. Reps also provided info to insurance company as requested. My phone calls and emails were responded to promptly. I will recommend JJ to anyone who asks.

My old review from 2018: James's guys went an extra mile on my very old roof repair over a year ago. Would like to get the new aluminum roof as was advised by them back then but they seem to be super busy now!

We are so happy we chose JJ Quality Builders for our roof replacement. They were always on time and constantly kept in contact with us. The employees that worked on our roof were polite, thoughtful and cleaned up beautifully at the end of each day. In the past we had heard horror stories from our neighbors about the companies they used for their roof replacement so of course we had been extremely worried when choosing a company. We were shocked at how wonderful JJ was and have highly recommended them to all our friends and neighbors. I can honestly say our roof replacement was a breeze and it was all due to the excellent service and employees of JJ.

My wife and I were very impressed with the professionalism and quick responses from the entire JJ Quality Team throughout the re-roof process. We felt extremely comfortable from start to finish. Each step was well documented and they were quite flexible on the tear-off date to coincide with our ability to travel to our home to be there while this step was being completed. There was some interior repairs to take care of and JJ Quality brought in a separate professional team to complete that work. We were very pleased with the finished roof! Would highly recommend JJ Quality to others.

William Beard was fast and accommodating with the initial proposal. He worked closely with me in identifying the right products and services to upgrade my house as I was ready to sell it. He provided excellent service and stayed in touch with me constantly with regards to scheduling and execution of the services.
James Johnson was AWESOME. Anytime I needed an update or discuss the status of the work done he was right there. He was prompt, responsive and very helpful. He addressed all my questions and went above and beyond in making sure that things were being done right and on time. I cannot say enough good things about him.
Also, James the owner took time to get to know me and made sure everything was satisfactory. It is rare to see the owner take a personal interest in making sure the customer is happy but James did just that.
I want to thank the whole team and would highly recommend them for your next home project.
FYI I sold my house in 2 days after the work was completed and I put it back on the market.

It’s been about a year now since we had our roof replaced by J&J Quality Builders. They were extremely professional, did an excellent job and paid attention to details from beginning to end. Recently we had an issue with the leak that it ended up NOT coming from our roof but from our OLD windows. J&J was right there helping us figure it out where the leak was coming from and were willing to what it took to fix it, if it had something to do with our roof. I would highly recommend that them! I had my roof re-done in Royal Palm Beach and I am completely happy with the outcome. The manager/owner is so helpful, nice and professional. James gave me an awesome price on the job, he could have over charged me but he didn’t. He worked with me and fixed every problem that occurred in a timely and professional manner.
