Dr Kandil really took the time to explain to us and go over x-rays and treatment program for my son. He has a great wealth of knowledge for sports injuries and how to treat them. Very friendly and kind man as well as his office staff.

This is honestly the Best orthodontist in Arcola Virginia! People there are so nice and they interact with their customers. In this work environment they do not treat people like customers because they treat them like family! One time I was not satisfied with the colors on my braces but they put me in the right away to go change them. This is truly an awesome orthodontist and I thank them so much. I would recommend this place to anyone because I’ve never had a bad moment with them.

Was very happy to get an appointment so quick with Dr. Kandil. He was detailed in the exam, explained the injury and came up with a treatment plan that would help in my case.

No wait to see the doctor. Very thorough and kind. No rushing and answered all questions. The doctor even called me directly to answer a question a day after the appointment... never have I had a doctor do that... they always get nurses to do that. Very impressed. Very happy with his assistance.

Rahman Kandil offered no help with the pain I was suffering during my recovery from a pelvis fracture. I literally was unable to sleep from the pain and he shrugged and said that's not my profession and that he was only there to help with the physical recovery. Isn't being in pain part of the recovery for the patient? Not according to this doctor. Stay away if at all possible.
