Giant Food

Was buying several packages from the fresh meat section and noticed inconsistent pricing. When brought to the attention of the cashier, a manager came and quickly and kindly solved the issue.

Excellent customer service by Kevin today. Had difficulty locating a product this morning despite seeking help. An employee brought me over to Kevin who offered to help but I had given up and headed to checkout. Kevin, however did not give up. He found the product and caught me at the checkout line with one of each variety which I thanked him for and purchased both. Greatly appreciated Kevin’s tenacity and friendly demeanor and hope this review finds its way to the management team at the South Riding store.

They were the only one open on Christmas day - and I was glad because I'd forgotten something important. Big store inside, very clean and everyone very helpful.

Fast, fun and easy. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The self checkout is always available, and they have wireless payment options at every register.

Always clean and staff is helpful. Prices are decent for the area and produce is usually great. Hate, hate, hate the parking in that shopping center, though, because while it's plentiful, the whole area is somehow still cramped and a pain in the arse to navigate. It's close to home yet I still more often opt for other stores because of the parking area.

I visited the South Riding location today. Upon checkout I realized I left my wallet in the car. At the same time a coupon came out for something I was buying. I asked the cashier if I could go to my car for my wallet. Naturally it was ok. I just had knee surgery 5 weeks ago and I am in a knee immobilizer. As I went to get my wallet the cashier asked what flavour I wanted and got the item for me. I know that's not a big deal. But I thought it was very kind of her to do that for me. EVERY experience I have had at this location whether it be at the deli, florist or the cashier, it has always been an awesome experience. I also can't leave the deli manager out of this review.

The managress is a very hardworking and fantastic person. Very focused and sharp. Though I returned three boxes of coke and fried chicken back, she was pleasant and made my shopping experience very fun. U must reward her! She is an asset for the GIANT Team at South Riding!

Easy to find what you need, helpful staff, clean store, no wait at checkout, open til midnight and competitive prices and 50 cent off sale on my favorite chocolate bar company ! Divine !

South Riding Giant is a great local grocery/pharmacy! The pharmacist and staff are caring and they will take the time to talk w/you regarding prescriptions and OTC supplements. Grocery staff are equally as good. As a little person I ask often for assistance and staff is always very helpful.

Great store. Everything you need. Good selection in bakery and lots of vegan/ gluten-free options throughout the store.

Great place! Helpful staff. It is on the steeper side when it comes to pricing. If you need something for cheap, your are probably better off going to Walmart.

The people who work here are very polite and helpful. This store has been clean and we'll stocked every time I visit.

Giant Foods is my grocery store of choice. It is super clean, well-stocked, and often has items I can't find elsewhere.

I love this place, prices are a little higher than wal mart but its never busy and the employees are always helpful and all speak english.

If you're in the market for groceries, this place certainly has them. This has to be the very best Giant in all of South Riding.
