I’ve never had a problem here, I switched over a few years ago from the CVS and it’s been ALOT better

Hailey was absolutely amazing and got me what I needed when 15 (literally 15) other locations couldn’t or wouldn’t help me. Thank you so much.

YIKES, we’re not on the schedule!
So, I went back and forth on whether to give a 4 or 5 on this review based on our visit to the pharmacy for a scheduled appointment the other day. No problem for the gentleman that assisted us with issue. Our appointment was honored, this made me leave feeling wow, they genuinely cared about my son’s health, safety and education, just as much as I do. Education, one might say how? That is one less absence!

Our visit today, confirmed what I already had decided, this Walgreens location deserves a 5 for outstanding customer service. Not one but TWO ladies stopped what they were doing and joined our mission to find the cream we were looking for. We found it, thank goodness.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for the past two years and they’ve always been excellent. Example: my wife, son and I were all sick with the flu. They didn’t have the Tamiflu in stock so they called ahead to another pharmacy to have them fill it. They contacted me to let me know. They understood that Tamiflu has to be taken immediately in order to help with symptoms. This pharmacy is quick and efficient. Just ask the questions you need answered and they will answer it.

The store manager Michelle is incredibly kind and goes above and beyond. I appreciate the customer service at this store, from the manager to their employees.

The manager corrected a issue I had returning an item. She was apologetic and gave me my money back and another item for free to make up for the inconvenience.

Excellent service. Pharmacists are polite and work quickly. Location is conveniently close to Harris Teeter, 7-11 gas station, Bank of America just to name a few. People which post bad reviews can't usually spell words properly, so ignore those reviews.

Amazing! I came in to get some microfiber cloths and a young gentleman there gave me some recommendations on which one would work best for cleaning my car. He then proceeded to ask me which car I drive and I told him about my JDM AF Toyota Sierra and we bonded over Fast and Furious quotes and talked about why intakes don’t work. What a CHILL dude 11/10 would shop here again 💯💯💯😎😎😎
