I found the car i wanted and called Jay 30 minutes before i arrived to the dealership, we sat down and talked for about 5 minutes and wasted absolutely no time getting a deal done. Jay not only was able to get the deal done for me with some assistance from Justin (just as great, he deserves a 5 star as well) but they offered the right number for my trade-in and worked a deal out that fit want i wanted budget wise. I went in at 3pm and left the dealer at 6:15. In and out, no one time was wasted and the car performs and is exactly what i was lookin for. Don’t base your opinion off of reviews. Jay and Justin are phenomenal and great “let’s get this deal done” gentleman. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

This is a very interesting place to get a car. Great customer service and Jay is a great guy. He was of great assistance to us and also insist on financing the car rather than cash. Friendly, welcoming with excellent customer service. I will recommend this place, it’s a go to place for anyone wish to get a car, refinance or trade-in.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. I had a complicated tade in situation and Shaan and Marcos treated me like family. I actually enjoyed being there and working with them. I think buying a car should be a great experience, and so do these guys.

They fit us in last minute to see a car they had listed. Both Jay and Justin helped us from beginning to end, and answered all the questions we had. They were patient and very thorough! Would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone. 10/10

My experience with Jay and Justin was exceptional!
The dealership was closed when I called to inquire about a vehicle. Jay was still there and answered all my questions without rushing me off the phone. I test drove the car the next day and within an hour and a half I had made the decision to purchase the vehicle. I returned the next AM to complete the paperwork with Justin and was out within an hour.
I feel they were fair with numbers. There was no back and forth haggling which was great because that is my biggest pet peave and I most likely would have gone to another dealership if that happened. They didn’t try convince me to consider vehicles I wasn’t interested in which is the 2nd biggest issue I have with dealerships.
I would highly recommend considering Auto Member to anyone looking for their next vehicle.

Worked with Jay over the phone for more info and pics before driving out to Leesburg - he was quick to respond with everything. Went in on Friday (4/26/24) for test drive and took the vehicle to AAA for Pre-purchase inspection. They found several small issues and AM took care of all of them. Gave me good value on trade too. Came up with final price and agreed to complete purchase on Monday. Ready and waiting for me at front door - drove it home 20 minutes later. My experience was one of the best car transactions ever. I had the best experience at AutoMember!! Jay helped make sure I picked a car I loved. Then their new store manager Justin walked me thru the paperwork with patience, he was also able to beat the rate of my local bank. Justin also gave me a gift bag as a congratulations for my purchase, which included an air freshener.I thought that was extremely thoughtful. The small things made this purchase a personal experience.

This is a good dealership to buy a car from. I have no complaints what so ever. The people here are very respectful and honest. Didn’t try and push me in to buying the car or anything like that. Let me look over things at my own pace and made the deal happen. This is a dealership I’ll be going back to in the future. Ask for Jay when you go in, he’ll take care of you.

Jay and Justin where wonderful. Jay was especially great with showing me the best option is financing and taking good care of me. They picked me up from my home which was an hour away and walked me though the whole process.

Such a great experience! First off such an easy process and I don't say that lightly - I had to conplete this process with two kids under the age of 4 with me. Jay worked with me over the phone so I could save time when we came in and did everything to work with me. They gave me a great deal on my trade in and I got an excellent value for the vehicle I bought; plus took into consideration any concerns I had.

Overall a good experience here. Traded my Nissan sedan for a Subaru Crosstrek back in October. They were laid back, not pushy at all, gave me a decent value for my trade in, and the buying process was easy. All together with test drive, trade in, and paperwork I was there for about 3 hours.

I would recommend for everyone to get there car from automember I had a fantastic experience everyone there is really nice and considerate of your time they make you feel like your the only one there when they are working with you if I could give a 6 star review I would but I have to settle for 5 my fiancé her grandmother and sister all have gotten cars from automember and could not be more satisfied I worked with Jay he really puts the customers first and goes over and beyond for future buyers thank you guys again !!
