My experience with Inova Loudoun Hospital Antenatal Testing Center was 5/5 stars. With my first pregnancy, I was faced with a devastating fetal diagnosis. Tina, the ultrasound technician, was very caring and took her time showing us the baby on the big screen. Dr. Block was amazing in the midst of terrible news. She was straightforward with giving my husband and I the diagnosis and our options. She and the staff were non-judgmental when I asked questions and helped me formulate a plan moving forward. When test results became available, Dr. Block was quick to call me to update.
With my second pregnancy, I was very pleased to have excellent sonographers and doctors to help in my care. I visited the testing center often and was always met with smiling faces and great care. I felt reassurance from each member which was a bright light during uncertain times after previous loss. I would recommend the antenatal testing center to friends and family.

Sandra has been the best tech I’ve had so far. She’s very caring and engaging with me and my baby, her pictures always come out nice. The staff is friendly and the doctors are knowledgeable and pleasant.

Love this place. The doctors, staff and ultrasound technicians are compassionate and knowledgeable. The waiting room is basic but the level of care is not. 5*

Everyone was great, very personable. Had to wait a bit for my appointment, but that seems pretty standard nowadays.

Overall pretty decent service, the ladies who do the ultrasounds themselves seem to be very sweet and genuine. Unfortunately the wait time is the worst part. Arrived at 8:55am for my 9 am appointment and was not brought back until 9:40 am, I’m not sure as to why this was. Perhaps it was the fact I didn’t have my ID this visit but have never been asked to present my ID after my first visit with the facility. I even went to the rest room to check out the back and there were no patient in the back, I’m not sure where all the employees are today but seems no one came to work.

My technician, Tamara, who did my ultrasound was not caring at all. I got through that once I saw my baby on the screen. I’m having some complications so seeing the baby makes everyfeel okay. I asked her if I could get the pictures printed to take home with me, she said she would email them to me instead. I was fine with that. As I was walking out, I noticed everyone had printed photos of their babies. Strange. I asked Tamara as I was leaving if she had sent the email yet, she assured me I was going to get them soon as I left. An hour after I left, I still hadn’t gotten the email. I called the office and they were closed at 3pm. I left a voicemail. I called the next morning and they said they were going to send me the 3D image of my baby’s face as I had requested. I finally get the email with two pics of black nothing. I call the office back and they say Tamara works part time and those are the only pics they had. They said they would have Tamara check next week when she gets back. I just wanted to see my baby’s face. I was told after the ultrasound that she might have Down syndrome so seeing her would just comfort me while we wait for those tests. No compassion what-so-ever at this office.
