This review is about expectation management. I've seen all of the negative reviews and that wasn't my experience whatsoever. If you didn't make an appointment, you want to line up about two hours ahead of time. You'll thank me later. Now realize, most people are expecting pristine customer service from an overworked employee that was probably forced to stay because someone called off. Then people don't have their paperwork together, photos or IDs, now multiply that by a few hundred privileged individuals. You're not looking forward to helping anyone either. But in my case, I worked with Ms. Kathy and she took care of me and my son with no problems. The system was slow and the camera didn't work well but she remained professional and reassuring with a positive attitude. I haven't received this kind of customer service in years. I'll definitely come back to this branch. Just know if you come understanding you have to wait and have a little patience, you'll have a better experience.

Honestly not really sure why the reviews are so bad .. I went in at probably the busiest time I could’ve and was seen within 5 minutes despite a decent line. The African American woman with dreadlocks (can’t remember her name unfortunately) was more than helpful with my certified mail request. Fast and easy transaction.

Great new staff at this convenient location! Young speedy workers that is able to assist and direct customers that's not quite prepared. The line moves fast Tuesday-Friday. This high-volume post office had improved over the past couple years.

Wow, what a fun experience. I read these reviews just before I headed over to the Post Office to mail a package APO, was thinking I'd be stuck there for at least an hour. I walked right in, a gentleman at the table helped me pick out a box and then taped it up for me as I filled out the customs form. The ladies at the counter were cheerful and pleasant. Really, really enjoyed the interaction with these people.

Went in today knowing it would be so busy before Christmas. Though the lines were long, the people there were walking around helping people with the self-service machines, answering questions, and making announcements every 5 minutes or so to tell people which line to be in and what forms to fill out so it moved along quicker. All of the workers I saw somehow had smiles though it seemed so stressful. One lady in particular (I wish I knew her name) was getting questions left and right but never made anyone feel as though they were a nuisance AND did it with a smile and jokes. Truly above and beyond. Because of the employees at this location, today's visit to the post office, though long, was as enjoyable as it could be. Thank you!

I just dropped off two packages and the wait was short and employee informative about my options. While we waited, a very kind employee (I think name tag was Alison) came and chatted with my son and made our day brighter! She had such a great attitude! Thank you!

Giving this location 5 star becuase passport processing was super fast and easy. Deandra (i believe that was her name ) was very kind and fast at processing the paperwork I loved her kind attitude also had great customer service i was only there for less then 20 min Wich worked out great because I had my 2 kids with me (including a toddler) had a great experience today !

I was there for my passport application. The lady was very polite and in about 10 minutes or less I was out of there. I recommend this location.

Always very helpful and friendly. The agents are always nice and thorough with getting items shipped out.

There were a lot of customers on a very busy Friday. All three lanes were open, plus an extra lane at the door to the warehouse. Very pleasant, great service!

Long lines but they move quick. I have been in line 3 times. Doesnt take too long at all. The workers are very nice and seem patient. I have had 0 complaints here. Bravo

Renewing my passport here was quick and easy, I recommend it above other post offices 👍🏼

Good services just need to be patience

I like this location for service! Today there was USPS gentleman going back and forth helping at the counter, and helping on the floor regarding people's inquiries! Because of him, the continuous long line was not a long wait!

I went to send some documents...quick an easy. Less than 10min. I went on a Wednesday at 330pm. Nice employees 3 of them... efficient service!

Robert at this location was excellent. Personable and efficient. The line was long, but he kept his composure. 10/10 customer service. Thank you Robert!

Best experience I have had at a post office (Robert was the guy). Maybe because I was in on a Friday morning but he was extremely helpful

I love the post office, despite it's set backs in recent times, it finds a way to subsist and do the best they can to provide the best possible service.

Have a few PO Boxes here. Been with them 20 years and only had a few issues. Overall great service.
