Abigail Miller is nothing short of fantastic. she will go far above and beyond your expectations for the task you assigned and negotiated for her to represent you on. before i retained Abigail recently, I would dread the process of locating and especially negotiating with ANY attorney. now this sentence is clearly an opinion and not a proven fact but my scarce few and far between amateur experiences with any lawyer has caused me to come to the conclusion that the majority of lawyers are going to try to declare as high of a fee as they can for their client to pay for their retainer. for example, I believe that one client will pay $1000 for a retainer fee and then in the same day and same court/judge, that same lawyer will charge another client, that has a known higher yearly income, $2000 for a retainer fee for a court case that is EXACTLY the same. now this statement is clearly hypothetical and in reality no two cases are exactly the same but this is just a general observation of mine. my point being is that Abigail loves her job and the by-product of that is she doesn't intend to take advantage of ANY client in ANY way. I highly recommend Abigail Miller to represent you as your attorney in ANY judicial matter.

I never met Abigail or her staff in person, I don't know what they are like as people. I often wonder if the impersonal necessity of doing business virtually in a COVID world has diminished the art of customer service, and my experience with their firm supports my theory. Bad legal advice, missing and incomplete details, poor strategy, grammatical errors in legal correspondence with opposing counsel - I held on as long as I could with their law office but finally I had to terminate our relationship. I suppose since I was a small-potato client looking to save money on my divorce I am partly to blame, but I can't help but look back with regret on hiring AM & Associates through my company's EBP. Almost $2,500 I will never get back, but the lesson was priceless.
