Courtyard by Marriott Potomac Mills Woodbridge

Great location and the staff were the best! The rooms were modern and clean, the bistro was nice to have when you don’t want to go out.

To the ottoman!! Its has been fun!! I hate that you hurt my behind but love the joy you brought me!!😍

Sadly, we did not have a long visit but while there the rooms were extremely comfortable and offered ample space for our entire family. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The lobby offered wonderful choices to eat and to hang-out. I will definitely be back

20 year old hotel in great shape. Elevators have a mind of their own. The breakfast restaurant bar is mid.

This place is top notch. There's a restaurant in the lobby including booths with individual TVs in the wall. Huge "living room" type common area away from the entrance. The rooms are done so well and with quality finishings and materials. I'd move in if i could. Staff is friendly and professional.

I’ve stayed at this location a couple times and it’s a great hotel. There is a bistro and bar in the lobby. The bar tender is very nice and staff is pretty decent.

Location is very good with lots of options close by to either shop or eat at. It’s fairly easy to get to which is just off I-95.

The Potomac Mills mall is a half mile down the street and provides a lot of food options and movies if you need some entertainment

I called for availability and Karen was more than helpful. She held a room for my mother and myself. I explained to Karen my mother is 91 years old. Karen stepped to the plate and hit a home run for us. Gracious, knowledgeable and an overall genuine person. Thank you.

Nice big shower with a rolling door. I couldn’t figure out how to get it to stay shut but it wasn’t a big deal. Lots of parking and good sized rooms. Room and beds were clean. Comfy beds. Would stay again. Great location by shops and restaurants.

Katlin night time front desk attendant is an Angel. I had been up all day and needed to find a place for the rest of the night. After calling other hotels that were completely booked. Katlin had a room and was able to get me a discount. Very kind lady and deserved to be recognized. Overall my stay for a couple of hours was great. Marriott hotels are always top notch!!!

The Courtyard Marriott in Potomac Mills did a great job helping us plan our wedding . Maria was so very helpful and all of the staff were so nice! They even offered a limousine service that came included with X number of rooms booked. They have a nice fire pit section outside too! Highly recommend this hotel for any wedding or large event.

Really a great stay for the money. Place is clean and quite new. The hallways smelled like new carpet…always a good sign. Staff were all incredibly friendly and beds were comfortable. Surprisingly the gym was amazing for a small hotel like this. This may be my new place when I’m near Woodbridge.

Very nice place to lay your head. Staff was pleasant and the room was very spacious. Only stayed one night so did not get a chance to enjoy any of the amenities but we got a very good nights sleep. 💤

We were driving south from D.C. with our 1-year-old in the car when our windshield wiper broke in the middle of the snowstorm that would eventually shut down I-95. We called the Courtyard as we were getting off the Woodbridge exit, and luckily, they had availability and a pack and play we could use. Petal was very accommodating on the phone and greeted us warmly when we arrived. About 15 minutes after we got there, the power went out and would stay out for the next 12 hours. Petal continued to check on us as we waited in the lobby, trying to entertain our daughter. Even though we were without power or heat, we were so grateful to be in a clean, accommodating hotel. Thank you to the entire staff for giving us a place to wait out the storm. And thank you to Petal for your kindness.

The rooms were nicely decorated, spacious, and clean. The bed was very comfortable as well! Their breakfast was much better than the standard Continental buffet fare, as they offered a small menu of meals that were prepared on order, along with Starbucks coffee and a selection of baked goods, all free with your stay!

Highly recommend. Clean, quiet, friendly staff. On-site bistro. Loved the love seat and rolling shower door...lol. Nice fire pit seating area in the courtyard and other expected Marriott amenities. Conveniently located off Prince Wm Pkwy, very close to 95 on/off ramp. Plenty of shopping (Potomac Mills Outlet, Wegman's, Kohl's, Walmart...) and surrounded by eateries, fast food and restaurants.

Friendly and helpful staff, the room was spacious, well decorated, clean and had a modern "homey" feel. Loved that it had a mini couch!! While they're was no free Continental breakfast offered, there was a cafe in the lobby that prepared a lovely omelet for me.

Check In Staff was very friendly and accomodating. The Bistro manager was great with my dinner while watching the game on the big screen TV in the lobby area. Food was great as well. Rooms were nice and clean. Definitely would stay here again. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

We checked in on the early morning of September 27th. We were involved in an accident. Anthony Johnson was a true gentleman with us. He was very attentive and friendly and respectful. Since we got there in the early morning he gave us a late checkout.
In the morning a young girl which I’m sorry I didn’t get her name extend our stay for another day for the same rate. She was also very kind and polite. On the third day we saw Anthony again who helped us with a late check out again. We were trying to get home to NC. Our car was wrecked and we couldn’t get a rental. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Thank you!

I was able to get a room last minute driving down from Massachusetts to Florida with my mom. The room and service was excellent. We love the newly remodeled hotel. Thank you for a beautiful, comfortable and clean place to stay on a very long trip South for the holidays!
