I am 1,000,000% satisfied with my team at Kaiser Permanente - Duluth. The professionalism and the expertise and kindness is what I need to beat colon cancer and we are winning this fight. The entire team in the Oncology Department are the best.

These guys are efficient, courteous, and friendly. The only drawback can be the wait which is to be expected. This is not necessarily their fault. They just sometimes get hit with a whole bunch of people coming at the same time so you might have to sit in the waiting area which is comfortable.

The wait time for the pharmacy is short so I don’t mind driving 25 minutes out of my way.

I love being able to have health insurance at this location

Not going to go into details, I just wish I still had my blue cross & blue shield coverage 😕

Terrible experience just about every time I have to come here. First of all, If you want anything to happen at this pharmacy, you have to make everything happen yourself by being a pain in their behind. No one cares about their job or cares about their clients enough to put forth anything more than basic effort. Second…… They want everyone to use the app but it never works when requesting refills, and again they are so quick to say they can’t help you. I wish I had a choice in Pharmacy because this wouldn’t even be on the list
