You can't go wrong with Discount Tire! Great customer service and Fantastic tires. Total wait time was about 2 hours on a Saturday morning. Highly recommend this location because the staff is super friendly.

Had Jeeps tire sensors replaced today, front drivers side was dead so replaced all 4.
Took about 45 minutes. Gave 5% military discount.

Excellent service! Was in and out in less than an hour with a complete set of tires on my truck. Paid about $400 more for the same tires I bought 5 years ago. Had all 4 tire pressure sensors (TPMS) replaced for $200, which brought the bill to $2000.

The service at this Discount Tire location was fantastic! I found myself here with two flat tires that popped while I was visiting San Antonio from Austin for a business trip. Jared provided informative, sympathetic, and thoughtful customer service, and the crew was able to get me back on the road as fast as possible. In what was a very frustrating situation for me, their kindness was so welcome! And, with the Discount Tire warranty, I know I’ll be in good hands if any issues arise in the future.

I go here to do my routine balance and rotation of multiple vehicles. I get there 30 mins before they open and I'm out in 15 to 20 mins every time. They guys are fast and professional and would definitely recommend this location.

These guys got me in a new set of tires in about an hour and sent me on my way. No hassle, didn’t feel like I was being sold something I didn’t want. They gave me exactly what I asked for and did it in less time than they had thought. I will go back to this location for any other needs.

Needed to fix a flat. Pulled up 15 minutes before they opened and sat in my car until two minutes to open. When I walked towards the entrance I was getting a little irritated because there was a line and even though I was early I thought I was going to have to wait behind with others

Nope the staff had been watching and when they opened they started coming out of the garage asking who had certain cars. I was the fourth and they helped me right away. This blew my mind as they were watching who pulled up in what order to assist them. Great service. Now I understand why I keep coming back to this company for tires.

I made a big purchase and got some new rims and tires from Discount back in October 2022. I'm very proud of the rims. When I brought them in to get rotated and balanced, I wasn't very happy to hear that one of the center caps got scratched. Then, come to find out that all the caps got scratched when they were taking off the lugs. Well, NATE M. saved the day. Not only did he order new caps, but he actually went on his day off to get diffrent screws that are easier to take off and on the caps! When it comes to company Discount stands behind their work. When it comes to customer service, NATE M. is the man!

I couldn’t get my front passengers side tire to inflate, so I brought it in, just to check it and fill my other tires. It seems that every gas station air pump in Live Oak is broken. Went in, waited a few minutes, then a guy came out to help me. Pulled my car up, he got the valve stem open and working, and filled the tires for me. Awesome experience, fast and simple. THANKS, AGAIN!

Great location. Great attitudes. Nice atmosphere. The staff here have always been awesome. They greet you as soon as you enter and make sure you are being taken care of. I have been here multiple times and have no complaints. They will try and sell you tires, so don’t get frustrated when it happens. Lol.

This is a great discount tire location. The employees are smart and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this place. I worked with Mike and him made my wife’s car everything she wanted it to be.

I had an 8 am apt to have 4 tires replaced and they got me in and out of there in 23 minutes. Excellent service and great deal on my new Toyo tires.

Courtesy tire inflation service is their introduction to their great customer service when you need more. A great community asset.
