Lake County School Transportation

This has got to be one of the most stressful jobs I can imagine. Especially during the first week of the school year.

But I needed to make a few inquiries and I spoke with Denise Jackson on the first day of school. She was so courteous and helpful.

The designated stop for my daughter's bus was too far away and would have required her to walk on the shoulder of a busy road with no sidewalks. Denise recognized this, made a change to put a stop closer, and then verified with me the change had been registered in their online bus system.

We've all had tough experiences when dealing with public staff before, so it's nice to encounter someone like Denise who gives great customer service--even on the first day of school! Thanks Denise!

Absolutely the nicest lady that answered the phone love her she's a great personality very friendly very efficient quick on the money love the transportation department for lake county man who ever you are the answers the phone at the main location you are a gem I love talking to you!!!!

Little confused but can get it corrected

Buses are normally late where we live which creates a problem at school because my son gets marked tardy but they're getting better. We need more bus drivers

Wasn't at this place. Called on the phone about one of their drivers. Who was driving unsafe on the road. The response wasn't reassuring.
