Lone Star Automotive and Diesel

These guys are really awesome. My friend brought her car in for an oil change, service was so good and personable, I later brought mine in. Clean, fast, friendly, good price. But it’s not like a quick lube… you can tell by the other things going on there, that these guys are a full service shop with a knowledgeable team that cares about doing a job right. You can literally hear it from the moment they pick up a call to the owners or service writers talking with the team. I would not hesitate to bring any of our vehicles in whenever something more serious is needed. Professional, clean lobby, coffee and Nitro!? With a nice hometown feel.

I am enjoying the upgrades Justin and his team did on my truck. I appreciated the extra time they spent explaining the components that were to be installed and they were easy to work with on all ends. I also discovered cold brew coffee (which they have on tap) during my visit & it is delicious. Please continue to offer cold brew so I can get all jacked up next time. Thanks Lone Star.

Took my recently purchased used vehicle in for them to look over and tell me what needed to be done. They gave me honest feedback without scamming me into work that wasn't necessary. I trust them to do the right thing.

I brought my diesel truck in because of an engine light. Lone Star Auto diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it fast. They had the parts on hand, I didn't have to wait for them to go pick the parts up from somewhere else. Great staff that help you with all your questions. I will definitely be returning. This was my first experiance with Lone Star, they took me in on the spot repaired my truck and I was out in about an hour. The waiting area is one of the most comfortable I've seen, coffee bar, leather sofa and chairs and big sceen TV, very clean. I'll be back!! Thank you Justin!!

Got a PPI here and they were great. Got me in promptly and gave great, frank information for a reasonable price in very short turnaround time. The waiting room is the best I've ever seen in any car shop. Nice furniture, nitro cold brew coffee on tap.

Great group of guys who actually care about the people and the work they do ! I deliver parts there and I always see how they interact with there customers and they are the best in town!

From the minute I called Lone Star Automotive and Diesel.The staff was kind, patient, and let me explain what happened. They were courteous. Assured me they could take me home. They kept me updated and told me honestly what was going on. Making sure that I was at ease. They deserve more than 5 stars !! I will use them again. And I am widowed and know several females who are alone , and has no one honest to repair their vehicles. So I will Definitely be telling all the single ladies can go for honest , professional advice, on their automotive needs

I’ve been going to Lone Star Automotive for many years and they never disappoint me. They’ve always been able to find out what the problem is and fix it. Their turnaround time Is awesome! The employees are always very sweet and helpful. Their prices are very, very reasonable for the service they provide. Honestly, I wouldn’t take my trucks anywhere else.

I arrived at the shop thinking I needed a big repair on my transmission due to
Shifting and temps reaching 245. To my surprise, they called and said it was just the torque converter. The truck runs great now. I highly recommend this shop.

I stopped in to ask about a check engine light on my 99 Mercedes SLK and possibly making an appointment. They said they could do it same day and get it fixed for me. These guys are great! I will be bringing my Mercedes here for any future service work.
