I called three weeks ago and was told by the person answering the phone that the owner would get my message and she would ask that I get a call back. Never heard back, so I called again. The person answering the phone said she remembered my call and she had indeed given the message to the owner, but would remind him about it. Here I am several weeks later still waiting. I won’t bother making a third call. Won’t use them for the job if they are the last electrical company in town. Very discourteous and very unprofessional.
