Kasper Electric recently completed an electrical project at our townhome in Jupiter. We were doing a full remodel of the property, so the scope of electrical work included a rewire of the home to allow for recessed lighting and ceiling fans, panel & breaker replacement/upgrade, new receptacles, new fixtures, outlets, switches, etc. It was a comprehensive/complete scope that I bid out with multiple electrical contractors locally. Kasper came in to “takeover” on the electrical project that the previous electrical contractor (different company) that we hired, failed. Kasper is licensed, insured, a leading electrical contractor in our local area, and has proven themselves to be the best in the business. Kasper Electric offered fair pricing that was in line with the other bids I received for the same scope. I would highly recommend Kasper Electric for any & all electrical needs for your project. Professional company, communicated well, follows timeline & scope and has the knowledge and experience to get the job done right. No fluff. Easy to give a 5-star review.

I truly appreciate the outstanding service provided by Ronnie during the recent installation of my outdoor lights. He ensured they were installed properly and adjusted perfectly. He also took the time to explain how I could change the settings. Ronnie's extensive experience and technical knowledge are apparent in the service he provides. He knows what he is doing and does it extremely well. I would highly recommend him for any electrical needs.

Ronnie from Kasper Electric did an EXCELLENT job installing new conduit from from my FPL meter box since the old pipe rusted out. Kasper's office staff also did a great job coordinating everything with FPL for shut off purposes and the permitting. Thank you Ronnie for your hard-work and friendly customer service! I knew Kasper was the company for me as soon as I met John during my estimate. Very knowledgeable and professional and he made me feel like family. I had my service completed yesterday by Ronnie and Ryan and I was amazed at their promptness, professionalism and the teamwork and comradery they exhibited throughout the day. Best attitude of any service people I've had in years. Again, they treated me like family ... So much so that I almost invited them over for Thanksgiving dinner. The work was done quickly ... they had such a great rapport with the FPL guys that the FPL guy even gave his cell and came back right away when called for reconnection. They did just a great job even the inspector complemented them on their excellent work, and I could tell he was normally an inspector of few words. Many Thanks to all at Kasper including those behind the scenes. I am very thankful for the care I received from start to finish and would highly recommend them to anyone who asks :)

The technician Ronnie Carretero was an absolutely outstanding knowledgable and very helpful in every way. Taking care of all our issues and very willing to do everything highest and best to please us with his work that my husband and I needed done!!!

This was one of the best, if not the best services engagement I've had in a long time. I booked the appointment a week in advance so I could have my Tesla 220 amp charger installed. Steve, the electrician showed up exactly when they said he would. He was gracious, patient and understanding right from the start. I was very impressed with his customer service and electrical skills. I highly recommend Kasper for all of your electrical needs. Top notch!

This was my first time using Kasper Electrical. Michele gave me an estimate over the phone and it turned out to be accurate and exact. I appreciate the honesty and follow through- no unreasonable add ons- after the fact. Kasper is now in my contact list and thanks to Kevin they will be my “go to” for any electrical issues from now on. Kevin was right on time. He was professional and responsive and sweet. The circumstances on my job called for some critical thinking and improvisation, before coming, and he was successful in both aspects! He knew what he was doing and seemed intent on doing it well. It was a great experience and I was truly satisfied.

I was pleasantly surprised that not only were they able to see me the same day but within 1 hour of my call, Jimmy was at my front door! He was friendly, quickly diagnosed the problem, throughly explained everything & finished the job in less than 30 minutes. Jennifer was amazing getting us scheduled. Grandson was coming to visit…the bathroom exhaust switch cover broke exposing wires. We were scheduled for 2 days but when I mentioned the grandson visiting she managed to send Joe so the repair was made. Joe was great as well! Very happy!

I had a great experience with Kasper! When I called to make the appointment the office staff was super kind. The day of my appointment the technician Jimmy showed up right on time. He changed my dining room chandelier, took down a kitchen light fixture, switched out a bedroom fan, changed 4 light bulbs on a high ceiling, and put a bulb in the laundry room fixture in only two and a half hours. He was friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He made helpful suggestions about bulbs and a dimmer switch for my dining room. I would definitely recommend you use Kasper for your electrical needs. Thank you:)

I was very impressed with Joe Redinger’s work. He was extremely knowledgeable, fair, professional, efficient and polite—even took off his boots when he came in the door without my asking. While working, he answered the many questions I had about wiring various items around my home. He easily fixed the wiring issue and installed a new fan which was missing some very specific screws (I had previously misplaced in attempting to install it myself). What could have been a disaster, was no problem for Joe. He had the necessary parts in his truck and he fixed the dimmer switch so it functioned properly with the remote and switch. Ten out of ten would recommend!

I would like to share the experience with Kasper Electrical Company with all of my neighbors.

When you call the office, you are greeted by a lovely woman eager to please, understanding of the urgency, and willing to juggle the schedule to accommodate your needs. Without a prior reservation, they were able to fit us in at 3:00. I received the text from them that the tech was on the way at 3:15 and he arrived 20 minutes later. He was courteous, polite, very knowledgeable, and willing to service the needs of our household. As we marched through the house, he examined all of the issues and after each and every "job" he said: "If I complete this job, your bill will be..."
He completed the work in fast and economical time, testing each job with me and explaining to me the reasons why it did not work before. He was more than willing to add anything that I needed and at 68 with a bad back, I was most appreciative. His pricing was exactly as quoted, with no hidden agendas or surprises.

The rating scale only goes to 5 stars, I would give them 10 stars for the quality of the work, promptness, and customer service. Without hesitation of reservation, I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a fair and honest price.

Over and over again, I keep calling them to complete work. To date, they have never disappointed me....continued polite and courteous service coupled with the same eagerness to please. I cannot say enough about them or rate them any higher than the scale will permit!
