Service advisor Julio, has the right, positive attitude, informative and friendliness that is all part to the Excellent Customer Service we All should expect in our everyday life.... One of the best experiences I have had buying a vehicle, hands down. Courtney was my salesperson and was nothing short of outstanding. She was extremely accommodating and did not play any games. She was respectful, courteous, and attentive. Told her my price I wanted out the door right from the start and met those expectations without any back and forth. But the experience didn't stop there. Worked with Pete in finance who was also a pleasure to deal with in getting all the dealership docs and was extremely courteous. Lastly, a special thanks to Raul the sales manager! He made the final decision to indirectly deal with me to accommodate the price I was asking and clearly cares about helping the customer leave with a vehicle at a fair price. Thank you to Courtney, Pete, and Raul. I would definitely by another vehicle from them and will certainly refer anyone I know to go see them when they are ready to purchase a car.

Great service! Very professional staff and looking to help in any way. Frantz (Sales) & Guy Vaccaro (F&I) were wonderful to work with. The management was great as well, we worked with Matt Lerner and Paul Carter. They are both very kind and professional as well. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Ed Morse Honda. Wonderful experience all around! I was not familiar with Honda products and made Ed Morse my third stop after Jeep and Toyota. I was surprised and super impressed with all the Honda Passport had to offer, including good get-up-and-go. CB was a wonderful salesperson throughout the shopping experience. No pressure, honesty, genuine care that I got a car I’d be happy with… and in the end we made a great deal that I am very happy with. Highly recommend!! Go ask for CB!!

I have purchased all my vehicles at this Honda Dealership over the years. The staff are professional and helpful. I feel the service is honest, and prices seem fair. I previously bought my tires here, and now when my vehicle is serviced for regular maintenance. I get the tire rotation service for free. Xavier is always assigned for my regular maintenance. I like having the same person because I feel like he is familiar with my vehicle.

I purchased a Volkswagen with Honda and I am very happy with the vehicle. I had terrible maintenance issues with my old vehicle and was ready to get into something newer this is my first big purchase as a young adult, I wasn’t judged for how the old vehicle was released, with my credit they tried their best & didn’t fail.

* The vehicle is in very good condition for the year & model and mileage. 👍

* Seller Price was really good so I took the deal

The process was very simple & pretty fast.
She made my experience of letting go of my old childhood vehicle a breeze I had that vehicle since I lived in Virginia. I’ve been a Florida resident for a long time now. This was a good memory I will always cherish ; Rosita & My Finance Manager was understanding, warm & personable.

Amazing Service! Arrived at my appt. on time and everyone was attentive and I felt I was in good hands.

The car service to send you home and back is great. They work fast and the service is completed within the proposed time frame so you get it back in a timely fashion.

The customer service reps were excellent. My appointment was at 10am. I arrived and my information was immediately taken down, and the process began. The inspection and service literally took an hr. I thought it would take longer, because there were a number of vehicles in front of me.

Claudia in sales and Guy in finance were so helpful!!! Searching for a new car wasn’t a fun process, but Claudia made it easier than other sales consultants at other dealerships. She’s was kind, patient, and trustworthy. Guy was also very helpful and was patient while we w finished the process. I walked in and out same day with a new car which is something I didn’t expect. I highly recommend, especially if you are a woman going through the buying process by yourself.

I've been a customer of Ed Morse Honda from the year 2000. Got my first Honda Accord there. The service experience at Ed Morse is very good. I called and an appointment was made for me to come in. I met with Javier who was very courteous and explained everything in detail. They even washed and vacuumed my car after service was complete. I would definitely recommend Ed Morse Honda.

10/5 dealership. I typically don't take my cars to dealerships because of prices but due to my car being a hybrid I don't exactly have a choice. Not that I'd mind, prices here are fair and the service is beyond amazing. Also CATS! Any place with cats is a good place in my book.

I traded in my 2022 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E last in August 2022 not because of any problems with, I loved the truck !!!. It was one of the greatest vehicles I’ve ever owned. In fact. I drove it through a Louisiana/Texas tornado all the way through Texas to Carlsbad Caverns, NM and back to West Palm Beach without any issues at all. The only reason I traded it in was because it was a bit on the small side when it was full of gear and my grandkids too.
When I saw the 2023 Honda Odyssey Sport in Red online. I stopped in and spoke with Mimoh Khan and Pete Colombo. I was leasing my Ridgeline but the guys at Ed Morse helped make it affordable for me to turn in my lease early and were actually able to find us a very “rare at the time” Red 2023 Odyssey Sport”
We were able to pick it up on September 1, 2022 (10 days early)
We took our new Odyssey on a 4500 trip to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan near Ste Saint Marie in November and drove through a snowstorm. (We discovered how well that “Snow” button on the dash works)
We were getting 28-31 mpg on our trip too. Our Odyssey rode like a cloud down the highway and the sensors could pick out animals like deer, wolves, coyotes, bears and large birds before we even notice them which really helped with our peace of mind.
As of writing this review our Odyssey has 9,549 miles on it. The only issue we have had was the trim around the windshield right over the driver has popped off a few times and has had to be fixed, other than that just it’s first maintenance at 8,206 miles.
We are in this for the long haul. My granddaughters have nicknamed our Odyssey “Rudolph”
