My property management is a blessing to me and my family! We love the personable relationship we have with them and their complete dedication to making sure all our needs are met in a timely manner. We are beyond grateful to rent from them during this season in our lives. And would recommend them to anyone.

Friendly staff! Application process was painless. Rick soles has a bad name of allegedly being a "slum Lord" but I wouldn't say that from my experience. I called in a plumbing issue and a plumber was sent out the next day to fix my issue. Plumber was quick and friendly also.

Honestly it's half and half I love renting from them because they have fixed every problem I have had if I had any I hated moving in with roaches but within 2 months all insects were gone and this house is so spacious I still can't believe I only pay $895 for the 2 bedroom house I have. I have definitely been recommending to family and friends looking for affordable place to stay.

I almost didn't rent a property from Rick Soles because of their bad reviews. I have to say I'm glad I didn't listen! Maybe others have had a different experience, but I love them! They are prompt in dealing with issues and nice to work with. They are providing a great service by renting out properties for those of us who can't afford anything fancy, and they do that by keeping things bare-bones. They might not fix every little cosmetic thing, but when you get rent this cheap, you shouldn't expect perfection. They have always fixed the important things right away and have taken care of a few not-so-important things at my request without any trouble. They aren't sticklers about dumb things, either. My only complaint is that sometimes their workers don't do a great job fixing things (probably because they are trying to keep costs low for the renters! you pay for what you get...), but all you need to do is tell the office and they will try to get it done right. They may not be for everyone, but I highly recommend them.

I have nothing but good things to say about the folks at Rick Soles Property Management. I started renting from them in the end of May 2018. At the end of November, only 5 months into my lease, I was forced to move due to a family emergency. The team was very understanding of my situation and never made me feel like I was in the wrong. I even received a phone call from Rick himself in the middle of December, sending his condolences to my family and for my situation. Thanks guys, it's been a pleasure.

Amazing people, staff is very professional and will do whatever then can for people that need/want a place to live! Maintenance if needed will come asap. I would recommend Anyone to Rick Soles!!
