St. Petersburg First United Methodist Church & Preschool

I love my church and we have found 'family' here. Besides worship and challenging messages, they have amazing outreach in to the community. We've volunteered with the street ministry where hot cooked meals are taken to St Vincent de Paul several week nights and served. We volunteer with Stephen Ministry where the trained Stephen Ministers help so many individuals who are hurting. We also have team of SM's who welcome and worship with our neighbors in Williams Park. St Pete. The church also helps our neighbors in so many other ways, like Family Promise and outreach to migrant works. StPete FUMC REALLY is a church with a heart in the heart of the city.

Love this church. We just joined after attending for a year. If you are looking for a church to visit, St Pete First is great. As visitors, we always felt welcomed but not pressured. The outreach they provide for the community is incredible. Definitely recommend of you are looking for a church just to visit or a church home.

We are out of town residents with a place in St. Pete that we visit during the winter months. While our habit on Sundays has been to join our church up north via live streaming, it just did not seem right to be staring at a computer screen on Easter Sunday. So after much online searching, we opted to try FUM in St. Pete and are we ever glad we did. I am part of our Security Team at our church up north so I usually do not get to have quality worship on Sundays. The 11:00 Easter Service we attended today was beyond fantastic. Really was a worshipful experience that spoke to the soul. So much so that we are coming back next Sunday for another visit and to rethink how we do Sunday mornings while we are in St. Pete.

Pastor David Miller and Team have ministered to me and my family in a way that is difficult to put into words. Over the last several years, we have experienced a number of challenging changes and losses. However, the Spirit of the Lord has used Pastor Miller's messages, music, communion, the baptism of infants, and prayer to speak to my heart deep within.

Great traditional and contemporary services. Dr. Craig's messages are rooted in the Bible. This Church is active in the community helping various areas such as schools and the homeless.

Wonderful Sunday service experience several times while visiting Florida relatives. Talented and spirited worship, wonderfully gifted speakers-And, friendly congregants.

Our church home for nearly 30 years, FUMC is a church where the love of God is reflected through a congregation dedicated to helping others.

3 years plus and counting on my wellness, safe and happy here in the office. So much respect, spiritual growth
