One Day More Rental-This house was so spacious and the back yard could not be beat. The pool, hot tub, multiple seating and lounging areas were fantastic. This was our first time renting through Anna Maria Life Vacation rentals and they were great. I had a few questions about the house after booking but before we checked in, and they were so accessible and nice on the phone. Our flights changed and we were able to arrive a day early which was great. When we called to let them know we would need propane soon, they delivered it right away. This speedy and pleasant service can't be beat. This house had bikes in the garage and was a short walk from the beach. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bathrooms are lovely, beds and linens comfy and it was very clean and professionally decorated. I look forward to renting here again!

The house was great! Easy to access, clean, spacious and well stocked! The beds and pillows were comfortable. The back deck was great and the pool was the perfect addition! The in-law, upstairs was great too. Well stocked and private. Fun and more rentals delivered umbrellas and bikes within a hour and picked up without charge. The best, 2 block walk to the beach! Easy to get back and forth throughout the day. Lastly the most amazing sunsets you’ll ever see! Better than the Caribbean!!! Go!!!!

Without a doubt the BEST property management company ever! We stayed at a new build the week before Christmas and every single person on this team was incredibly kind and helpful. We had an issue that was difficult to diagnose and they went above and beyond (and never once thinking we were crazy 😆). We visit AMI every year and will only stay at their properties from now on. If you own a property or are looking for a vacation rental, Anna Maria Life should be your choice. They are the best and most professional!

We loved working with this company for our vacation! Our home was beautiful and we had a small problem with the dryer which the rental company was very responsive to! We would never rent with anyone else going forward!

The Tiki Cottage was the best place we have stayed on the island!! The beautiful heated pool was perfect for our Christmas vacation. Our kids could swim even when the weather wasn’t the warmest. We loved having dinner at the tiki hut after putting the kids to bed. The kitchen and in unit washer and dryer made this stay so easy with kids. The beds were very comfortable and linens were clean. Easy walking to north and southbound trolleys. The host was responsive, pleasant and booking was easy. We will be back!

Had a great stay in a great property for our entire family. Anna Maria Life was very helpful in finding a new place after the initial place we rented was sold and became unavailable. The result was a perfect week with our family in a great location. The rental home was clean and ready for our arrival (only days after Hurricane Idalia passed by). Will definitely look to rent from Anna Maria Life again in the future!

The home was wonderful. Tastefully decorated and e everything you would need. Plenty of towels and high quality bedsheets, which is very important. Most home owners forget about this part. The pool area and covered porch is to die for. We watched our team play on Thursday night on the 60" TV outside!! would come back again next month if we didn't have that job thing 🙃.

We loved our stay at Beach Escape. it had everything we needed for a fantastic week. Beautiful home all the amenities. Great location.

Perfect piece of paradise for the week! Great location. Short 2 min walk to beach. The house was clean, comfortable and as advertised. Kitchen was minimal with no extras but worked for our needs. Beds were comfortable, living room furniture was a bit tired and could use a refresher. Our favorite spot, that we spent most of our time in, was the backyard oasis. It felt so secluded even though you had neighbors.

Our vacation was an amazing experience! We had never booked with this company before, but we will definitely book again. We had just a couple minor details that needed to be addressed upon arrival, but both were taken care of in a very timely manner. (Keypad on door for entry wouldn't work, didn't have correct pool alarms). The home was exactly as expected, aside from the distance to the beach. It was a further walk than anticipated but that wasn't a deal breaker for us. The property has been very well maintained, and was very clean upon arrival! We thank this company for a great stay, and can't wait to vacation again!

Absolutely fantastic experience booking through Coastal Cottages AMI. The staff was very friendly and so easy to deal with. The property was gorgeous, (the pictures did not do this house justice), beautifully decorated, meticulously maintained with breathtaking views.

The only letdown was the lousy weather, although we cannot blame it on Coastal Cottages - lol, its a great excuse for us to come back.

Our condo at Anna Maria island was simply perfection! Tastefully decorated with anything and everything we needed. The putting holes and pool was awesome. We can not wait to return!!!

From start to finish, the team at Anna Maria Life made our vacation a breeze. Fantastic pre-visit communication and instructions, great service while we were in the house, and super responsive when we found out my daughter left some things behind in a drawer. Great team if you are looking for a relaxing vacation in this beautiful town!

Upon checking on a Sunday they air didn't work, called the after hours number, they called back right away and had someone there with in a 1/2 hr and got it up and running... later that day had issues with the pool heater not heating, again they had someone out immediately and fixed the problem and up and running in an hour. Things are going to break, just the way it is, but it's how things are handled when you have a problem and both times were very prompt, concerned and the people sent to fix were excellent. I'm not one to ever write a review, but definitely deserving. Had a wonderful week, was just what we were looking for and didn't want to leave. See you next spring. Thank you
