AMI Outfitters Coastal Gear & Mens' Apparel

This is a very nice shop! Dave and Jen (owners) are so pleasant and kind and knowledgeable. My wife and I stocked up on some great Patagonia gear as well as some flies and fishing gear. Dave made great fly recommendations and showed us some good spots to try out.

Fast forward to the next day… I broke my 8wt while fishing… made a return trip to the shop and was very impressed with the rod selection. I became the proud owner of a Winston Alpha + and it is my new favorite rod. Jen made me a great deal on some more flies too.

Wonderful shop owned by a really sweet couple. Will be returning whenever we come back to AMI.

I was in town for a few days, looking for a shop to get some local knowledge. I went in, explained my situation, and asked for some good local flies. The fellow in the store offered
a few of his favorites. I went out on the water, and caught some of the most beautiful speckled trout. My mistake was not getting the name of the fellow in the shop. The man was a delight to speak with, freely shared some good intel, and, thanks to him, I caught some wonderful fish. I respectfully treated the fish with care, returned them back to the water, leaving with the experience and pictures of a lifetime. This shop is everything a fly shop should be, please support them if you travel to this little part of heaven.

We were looking for some info on places to fish and fly recommendations. The owner left his house to come meet with us and talk and give us very detailed, helpful information. Great place, great service, thank you guys!

They are very knowledgeable on the islands history and also on what should be visited when you are here for vacation. You can also pick up some new fishing rods and anything outdoors. This place is just worth a visit.

AMI Outfitters is our go to fly shop and outdoor clothing shop on Anna Maria island. Dave and Jenifer are really making this a great spot.

Can’t say enough good things about this store. Jen was super friendly and helped me pick out some great clothes. When one article didn’t work out she helped me return it and refunded me completely. Great shop and I definitely will be returning

Great little shop. I bought a yeti cooler and a pair of sandals. The staff were very easy to work with and very helpful with finding sizes. I thought the selection was excellent given the size of the shop and the location.

Not sure about reviews concerning poor customer service. Both people in the store were friendly when i was there. I would go back to them again if i was in the market for any more of their products.

Great place for anglers or anyone that’s in need of some gear for exploring FL. The customer service is great. They have all the salt water fly fishing gear you need. They also have beer which is great.

Outstanding business on the island. Their staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming to our family. Child friendly and really great quality products. We will definitely be heading back.

If your on the island the owners have been a part of our vacation family for 20+ years. Great resource for everything on the island. Don't let the unassuming size of the shop fool you. If you need fishing or SUP supplies this is your place.

The best store on the island! Lots of high-end outdoor clothing for fishing and boating as well as general vacation clothes. Patagonia is one of my favorite brands and they carry it here as well as nice OluKai sandals and Yeti coolers / tumblers.

AMI is my go to place for patagonia snd Yeti products. They have paddle boards, fish flying equipment. Always helpful. Now beer tasting- Great local store and owners

Great store with quality technical gear. Much better quality than the cheap stuff most "surf shops" on the beach try to sell you.

Fancy outdoor gear, All the fishing brands, Columbia, Patagonia, yetis, Simms. The guy there is real nice and knows all the good fishing spots.
