Bali Hai Beach Resort

The staff were all great. Very friendly and so helpful. Our room was great, such an amazing view and nicely decorated and very clean. The amenities were great with free beach chair and bicycle use. The courtyard was beautiful with a lovely pool. Just steps away from the ocean. We hope to return soon

Just got back from a last minute getaway with my husband and the experience was amazing! We received an upgraded room and booked a couples massage at the spa. Everything was perfect. They recommended the Beach House for dinner and the whole meal was incredible. Also, from the people and the front desk to the employees at the lounge, everyone was beyone friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Hands down! My very favorite resort on Anna Maria Island. The staff is over the top with professionalism and making you feel welcome. Always met with a smile and even had amazing recommendations for dinner and activities. We enjoyed a newly renovated room that was pristine! I travel often and enjoy staying at nice places, and let me tell you this place will not only meet, they will exceed your expectations. Already counting down the days till my next stay. Keep up the good work!

The space is roomy. The rooms overlooking the beach and the Gulf are amazing. Though chilly with choppy waters because of the storm, it was still fantastic! The staff are incredibly accommodating. We wanted a particular Suite and they made it happen. They heated the outdoor pool because the weather made playing in the ocean tough. They checked on us every day to see if we needed anything and gave advice on places to eat out. Bali Hai is worth the trip to Anna Maria Island. The Island sunsets are an added bonus. Love this place. Definitely going back.!

We had great experience staying at Bali Hai hotel. We stayed beach front 2nd floor and had great beach views and a large balcony. The room hadn’t been renovated which we had researched but it was nicer than expected. The kitchen was key, allowing us to prepare some meals and drinks in the room. The rooms had good espresso/coffee machines and they will load you up with as much as you need. The staff were all extremely enjoyable, helpful and friendly. The cocktail lounge was nothing special but the bar was well stocked and the bartenders were great and made superb drinks. The hotel rented bikes for free which we took advantage of daily to explore the island. The entire property had a very quaint feel which we enjoyed a lot. We would highly recommend it. The location was great too. A bike ride in either direction took you to several restaurants, shops, and small markets. Several of the roads and sidewalks were under construction so I think when they are finished the area will be even more bike friendly for families.

We truly loved every second and hope to come back real soon. The resort is truly lovely in every way!! The customer service was phenomenal, from making reservations, to arriving, to check out and everything in between. It truly is ocean front within steps to the beach. The trolley picks you up right in front of the resort and takes you anywhere throughout the island. The pool is amazing. The rooms were fantastic and renovated. We cannot wait to come back!!

Amazing place to stay. Comfortable rooms, right on the beach. If you think the photos of this place are nice, wait until you see it in person. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful experience on Anna Maria Island! Anna Maria Island is still wonderfully mom and pop/Old Florida, so the options for a more upscale, romantic hotel are somewhat limited. Can't go wrong here! Very polished and professional, while also so warm and welcoming. James at check in started off our trip perfectly, he was a wonderful asset, and other standout staff included Oriel. The vibe of the employees set a noticeable good tone; they were so kind, funny, and warm. Great bartenders, wonderfully renovated room, and the beach was outstanding. Thanks for a great weekend!

I would say this is the most beautiful resort on the island....hands down would stay again in a heartbeat. Front staff ladies are very sweet, bar staff was very nice as well. It's just beautiful and relaxing, the room decor feels like a spa you never want to leave. Can't wait to visit again, thank you for providing us with such a wonderful time all the little touches meant the world to us.

Just booked our spring break trip and had a few questions about the resort prior to booking. Called and talked to Mitch at the front desk. He was extremely helpful and answered all my questions before helping me book. He mentioned it is a priority to all their employees that they provide great customer service. I feel he did that and look forward to our upcoming trip based on how helpful and friendly he was.

We just spent a couple of nights at Bali Hai celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. We booked the King Suite Waterfront and our friends from NJ who joined us, booked the newly renovated Island room. Everything was absolutely perfect! The service, the vibe, the location… I would actually give it more than 5 stars if I could!! Thank you to the wonderful staff at Ball Hai Beach Resort! We will definitely be back!

What a wonderful place to stay! We had a beachfront room that had a great view. The walk to the beach was easy and the umbrellas and chair were plentiful. Very relaxing atmosphere. The pool and area were well maintained and it was nice to see games available to be played.

Amenities were great, nice pool and chairs for the beach. Staff was incredibly pleasant and easy to work with. A little pricey for what you get for the room - but worth it for the beach location and the easy access full bar. Beach is beautiful and moderately busy for an off-season time of the year.

Bali Hai is AMAZING. Service is impeccable. They were completely honest when I booked the room…did I want new or view…we chose view and it didn’t disappoint. Spa was wonderful and front desk staff were amazingly helpful. Would highly recommend. Everyone was so pleasant and the courtyard with Jenga was great!

We stayed in the non renovated room with the amazing beachfront views of the gulf! It was dreamy being able to hear the waves crash on the beach, seeing the white sand beach right out our window. The room it self had updated furniture and the bed was super comfortable, the best bed we have slept on away from home. Staff was all super friendly, fresh linens everyday and they even made our bed and did our dishes everyday for us while we were out exploring the island 🏝. We would recommend this place to anyone. In the court yard they have a heated pool plenty of pool furniture and even a turf area with bags, bocce ball and giant jenga. The free trolly stopped right in front of the hotel and will take you around the whole island. Restaurants are walking distance too. We had a very wonderful stay!!

Bali Hai never disappoints! This is the second time staying here. The staff are very accommodating and very friendly. The rooms are impeccably clean, and the newly renovated rooms are done with class! The views and the sunsets are amazing! We will make this our go to staycation every time!

Gorgeous hotel, the 2 bedroom suite was so pretty loved the decor it felt like a super nice coaster apartment in LA. We loved our stay and the beach is right at your foot steps. Free bikes are a great way to enjoy island life. The front desk was the kindest woman and greatest us with such a warm smile. Stay here it's a great spot to relax.

Just hung up with Mitch! He is professional and polite and represents this property wonderfully. If you have questions call reservations and he will set you up with the vacay you are hoping for. Very knowledgeable regarding all aspects. Very excited to go in February.

If you’re looking for relaxation, beautiful oceanfront view and the kindest staff around- this is your place. The grounds are delightful, rooms could do with some upgrading but we had the best time! Close to everything…

Celebrated our Wedding Anniversary WHAT A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO HAVE THE OCEAN WAVES CRASHING AND SEAGULLS SINGING!! Breath Taking Views of the Sunrises and Sunsets!!! The Beach so the BEST!!! Things that should be updated are the bathrooms Toilets are on the floor Along with the Beds comfortable but very hard to get out of..Never cooked anything momma was on vacation!! The Pool and Tiki bar was very nice!! Wish I had extra time to get a spa that would have been Awesome! TOTALLY RENT THIS PLACE FOR THE PERFECT BEACH AND ACCOMMODATIONS WE WILL BE BACK TO CELEBRATE NEXT YEAR❤❤
