We bring all of our rugs here! We have a very nice natural Jute rug that we needed cleaned and “refreshed” recently and he didn’t take us to the “cleaners” on the cost of it. If you want quick, efficient, but also high end (VIP) type service then this is your place. I felt like family from the very start of meeting them and that’s how they will treat you as well. We were very pleased with Classic Carpet and there wasn’t one aspect of their service that we’d give anything less than five stars. They are fast and extremely thorough! The carpets look like new carpets again and our outdoor cushions were restored to their original vibrant colors! After carrying our couch to many conferences, it got pretty dirty. After calling for an estimate, Classic Carpet arrived at our office in a sick El Camino(white van). We loaded up the couch. After 3 days, the couch was returned looking as great as it could, being a white couch used for conferences. All the grime was gone and 90% of the stains were moved. In the future, I will question my couch color choices, but I won't question working with Classic Carpet.

Holly was incredibly helpful at accommodating me on very short notice. I had pet soiled rugs, furniture and drapes that needed an emergency cleaning due to last minute guests. I recently moved to the area and Classic Carpet and Drapery Cleaning was recommended to me by the upholstery company that was recovering furniture. for me. I had multiple panels of heavily lined curtains that needed cleaning, three large wall area rugs, a Tibetan carpet and multiple upholstered chairs and a sofa. I cannot say enough good things about these folks! .Tom and his wife, Holly, are terrific and the quality of their work is superb.....wonderful attention to detail and very competent staff. All work was done in a very timely fashion. ...they were even able to remove ten year old rust stains out of my carpet that I thought would remain forever. Five stars across the board!

I needed our tile and grout cleaned, so I called Tom based on a friend recommendation. He was able to set up an appointment within a couple days, and the estimate given over the phone was spot on with the service charge. I wasn't at home when the service was provided, however, my daughter told me the technician was very professional. Came home to AMAZING looking floors - Grout and tile are awesome.
